First time staying at a Hampton Inn. Stayed here two nights in order to visit the Omaha Zoo. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Did laundry and was amazed that there was only one washer and one dryer available for guest laundry for the entire hotel. It was in a very small space with no seating. I don't leave my laundry unattended so we had to grab our camp chairs and cram them into the space while we waited for our laundry to finish. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

This is a favorite every year we stay but his year the breakfast was a bit of a letdown.

Mostly typical Hampton Inn stay. All good. Except the usually diverse breakfast offerings were limited at this location. Smaller space and only eggs for protein.

This stay was amazing for us. We started off a little rough because Expedia thought my card was expired, but the staff was so sweet and took care of us. They definitely made sure our stay was great! Every staff member I spoke to had a positive and caring attitude. I can definitely say this hotel has been the best one I have been to, and I have made trips to plenty. Definitely stay here if you have the chance!

The property was reasonably price and was conveniently located. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly. The only negative was a smashed floor tile in our room needs to be repaired.

This was one of the cleanest rooms that I've stayed in when on vacation. Everything about it was relaxing and comfortable.

The exterior of the property was dirty walking through the doors. Lots of cigarette butts. The door to our room was dirty needs to be cleaned. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I didn’t know it was next to a casino or I would have crossed over into Omaha and gotten a hotel there.

Property was clean and convenient location for passing thru stay. Very busy the night we stayed there and many people hanging out in parking lot but otherwise our stay was great.

It was okay. I have become sensitive to all the perfumes used in the cleaning products used in hotels. Everything is perfumed and makes me feel badly.

Standard good Hampton room (comfy, clean). No hot tub. Lots of food options around - mid-distance. Casino is walk-to-able, if that's your thing. Breakfast had waffles, regular and chocolate, as well as the 4-mini waffle maker. No bacon.

We normally stay at Hampton because we have good luck and really like them but this visit was not that great. We had issues from the get go just trying to check in. I had paid through hotels.com and used my points. They were trying to charge me the full amount again which I pointed out that I had paid and showed them that it had went through on my card and my confirmation email saying it was paid. We had to wait over half an hour while they figured out how to check us in without charging me again. While this was happening another guest came to check in and they told her they wouldn’t be able to because they were sold out even though she had reservations. A transformer had been hit so the entire time we were there Friday-Sun there was no tv which I understand is not their fault but it made it difficult for the kids who wanted to watch tv while we were in the room. Thankfully they had the air and wifi fixed before we arrived. The bathroom was not very clean, there were previous guests hair on the shower walls and the shower itself was just dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned along with the sink area. The light switch and walls in the bathroom were also dirty. Previous guests had left things in the cabinets so they obviously hadn’t checked while cleaning. One of our kids doesn’t like elevators so we used the steps and they had coffee spills on them that weren’t cleaned. The breakfast was not that great either with little selection. We've stayed at lots of Hampton Inns because they are so reliable. This one was not up to our expectations. The TV/cable doesn't work and the front desk said the person who could fix it was on an airport run. He came back around 10PM and knocked on the door when we were already in bed. The breakfast area ran out of coffee and no one was checking to keep things stocked.
