Pizza Road Trip

Pros: Not Much.
Cons: Rooms need an overhaul.
Location: Location was close to the highway and a short drive to Omaha.
The tile floor was loose, the toilet seat was broken, the carpets were stained. The entire wing smelled like smoke.

The breakfast they offer is nasty chose not to eat it the 2nd day. Love the room set up looked like 2 rooms combined into one. Loose tile in bathroom. Car air freshener hanging from fire water sprinkler system. Smoke dectator on one side of the room was hanging from the ceiling un attached. Walls need painting. Carpet was nasty.

Regarding the state of the hotel, we are now under new ownership and management and undergoing an extensive renovation that includes upgrading all the rooms, many of which are newly renovated already. With respect to our complimentary breakfast, I am sorry it not meet your expectations. We offer rolls, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, sausages, bacon, biscuits and gravy and more to try to accommodate many tastes. Nice hotel

The only complaint is the housekeeping made out bed up and did not change them after 2 days of staying. We took sheets off and they remade with same ones.

We have implemented a "Go Green" program across Red Roof hotels designed to preserve the environment and save water should a guest not wish to have her sheets washed every day. Nice staff, clean rooms, hard wood floors in rooms, nice pool and spa. No pet fee, and a decent potty area. By the way, it also has themed rooms!

Great location and close to everything we needed.

Was welcomed by wonder staff, the entrance, breakfast area, lobby and pool were clean, and remodeling coming along. Loved that our room was spacious (we had a suite), comfortable beds, but the chairs and floor were disgustingly gross and the bathroom was filthy dirty. If this place would get completely remodeled, new carpet, new furniture it would be a great place to stay again.

The room's carpet had holes in it tile in bathroom coming loose. Suppose to be 3 adults in room only had towels for 2 took untill next morning to get someone to give me a extra towel

Not worth the money

There was candy between our sheets, no tissues for blowing our nose... 2 towels and no wash cloths. Also there was hardly any water pressure, so it took awhile to shower and would take 30-40 mins just to fill up tub for a bath. The doors let A LOT of light in from underneath and the flashing red light from the smoke detector made it hard to fall asleep, along with the very creaky boards from the room above us!

Great Budget Hotel

Stayed 2 nights while visiting the Omaha Zoo. Rooms have been renovated. In areas you can still see the age. Staff is wonderful. Beds are comfortable. The pool & hot tub are great for kids. The breakfast room is spacious with a good selection. If you are looking for a budget hotel that is still comfortable & clean this is a great choice.

Clean, comfortable, and great staff!

Pros: Great staff. Clean comfortable room.
Cons: Outdoor signage. There was only one sign and it was difficult to see. The hotel recently changed it's name, so it was hard to find with GPS.
Location: Close to shopping and places to eat. Hard to find.
The staff went above our expectations. They made sure everything was great even though we arrived at 2:30 a.m. and checked out at 4:30 a.m. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! There were plenty of nearby places so I could handle everything, even gift shopping. I will definitely stay there again.
