Beautiful, new hotel. Would recommend over other, better known options nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at this awesome resort. When we first arrived the front desk explained to me that for some reason they didn’t have my reservation from Expedia. However, I showed my confirmation and they got me checked in. My only beef is that we had to switch rooms because of the mix up. When you have multiple activities planned for the next day it is very difficult to have to unpack and pack at 7 in the morning. Overall, they definitely took care of me. The staff there did mention it’s a little easier to book directly through the hotel. That being said, I’ve used Expedia multiple times and like the info provided. I probably only knew about the place because of Expedia. I mean how am I supposed to know to book directly with the hotel. The heated pool and two huge hot tubs so hot disappoint. The pizza and food there was good and the restaurant bar tender was great!

This was my first time to visit Denver and The Brown Palace Hotel definitely did not disappoint. Beautiful property with lots of great history. I’ll definitely be happy to visit again! ❤️

Ehh… it was average on the outside, nice on the inside. A bit worn down on the inside but nevertheless it was bearable. They do have complimentary water if you ask at the from desk & sadly you DO have to pay for overnight and day parking in their garage. I stayed for 3 nights. I give it a 4.6 out of 10… I just felt unclean throughout the hotel. I would not book again :)
