When we had an unplanned delay in Dallas that would have us flying out the following day- we needed to find a hotel that was convenient to the airport to avoid having to sleep at the airport and found it! Easy booking, seamless check in, transportation to the airport every 30 minutes, restaurant and bar open late for those arriving late, breakfast, comfy room and bed, great value for price. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

Property rooms were very clean. What I did not like was the restaurant waiter with glasses who was rude on the first day at breakfast and seemed to be desperate to get the coupons for the free breakfast in all the days we were eating there before we even finished breakfast.

The staff wasn't the most professional but they weren't the worst. My room was clean except for the dirty napkin that was behind the dresser. I don't think the cleaning staff look for these things. The hotel pretty much served the purpose we used it for. The area is close to a lot of things so it was easy to get around via Uber.

AC not working, I call from desk and they didn’t go fix it, i didn’t sleep, I call back at 3am asking for help, they told me that will go fix it in 20 min and they didn’t go, next day, I ask to go fix it had they didn’t 2nd night I went to the room and the bathroom was liking water from the cealing, all my staf was wet, they didn’t go help me, and at 11:30 pm finally they gave me the key for another room

The shuttle service took forever and the driver was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. He needs a job that he likes because he is clearly unhappy. He was rude and did not announce the different terminal stops resulting in some passengers missing their stops. DFW is a very confusing airport. We did not tip him because of his poor attitude.

Its convenient for my work - my remote office is down the road and the airport is right nearby plus lots of highway access. Everything is good - its not a 4 star but its clean and functional where it counts. I wish they didn't use cool lights, some warm lights in the room would make the stay a lot more comfortable.

Checking in too forever, over 5 minutes. Wasn't directed to an elevator or told any direction. Once we finally got to our room the key didn't work (we ended up having to program the key 3 different times) somehow that was our fault. Some outlets in the room didn't work so we had to move the microwave to use it.
