Customer service was excellent. Both “Quest and Lawanna” were both professional, and went above to make sure everything went well. The property was clean throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This was ok for just one night. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was nice. Carpet, doors, and nightstand were dirty. There were a few ants in the bed and inside the bathtub. There was no vending machine on the 2nd floor… overall it was a poor stay but alright for one night.

The WIFI was terrible. The Hot tub did not work. The printer did not work. When I called the day before, I was told the hot tub was working.

Clean and comfortable
The hotel building is relatively new and kept in good shape. The room itself was comfortable and clean as well as modern-looking. Bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The morning breakfast was consistent with other Holiday Inn properties with scrambled eggs and good selection of bread.

Got to room and bathroom door had a large kick mark in it. Room was 91 when we arrived. Air completely turned off. Went to get fan at midnight. Got cool around 2am.

My family of four stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to two churches we wanted to visit while in Dallas. The location was close to restraunts and shopping. When we entered it smelled great and was a nice first impression. Check-in was super easy and the lobby looked freshly cleaned. We had a room with a double and were comfortable; the A/C was great and that's always a concern with the TX heat. The beds were comfy. The restroom had full-size Dove shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash available and was very clean. We will likely stay here if we visit Cedar Hill again.

My sole purpose of booking the hotel was the pool and I called beforehand to see if it was open. But..I guess I should’ve asked was it clean as well because the water was green/murky. Bummer! And the a/c did not work the first night but maintenance handled it. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Power outage no light on hotel, exit light inop, emergency doors inop, front doors were pried open. Half the hotel had AC half didn't. The staff could have moved us to AC rooms but claimed the computer was down due to power outage. Staff could have easily knocked on doors and moved guests but didn't. We arrived late go up late for the 4 day stay we never had any room service even though we requested it as we left for the day. Horrible service, Kym MGR was not helpful. We requested a full refund but were only given credit for one day. Awful business practices, we'll never stay at a Holliday In again!!!! That includes all of our delivery drivers

As for being able to move rooms that night, all of our rooms were without ac and partial electricity due the lighting. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and hope we are not hit with this unexpected transformer incident again.
