The only thing I didn’t like was getting charged again by the hotel after everything was paid for on Expedia then having to wait a week before it was placed back on my card.

Great place to just wish the pool and jacuzzi was working. The night auditor Ashley was awesome she helped my get some issues corrected and the night shift security guard Damien was super also very on top of securing the property in a very professional attitude.

The only issue we had, was the thermostat. No matter how you adjusted the temperature, the room would never get cooler than 77°. Other than that, 10/10 stay!

The pool was cold and hot tub not working. Half the lights weren't working in the pool area. Group of 14 teenagers overly took over the pool and not allowing other guests enjoy their own pool parties. Super noisy and unpleasant. Our group of 4 kiddos ages 4-8 left cause it was just not fun.

The biggest disappointment was there ever attempt to make money? This is the first hotel I have ever been to that wasn’t downtown charged daily for parking. This isn’t some big fancy area yet. They thought it necessary to charge for parking.

Good hotel
We like the kitchen area and when we arrived the room was cool. The pool and hot tub was nice! Especially the hot tub was hot and the whole pool area was warm inside. The couch had a pull out bed and was not comfortable. The room was nice and clean; however I did find some hair on the towels and in the bathroom. The staff was nice. Overall I recommend it because last year we stayed at the crown plaza and rather book a stay here. The breakfast was good.

Service Level Decline
Location was excellent and the facility was very clean. During the middle of our stay we requested new towels and that the trash be emptied while we were out for the day. We returned at around 11:30 pm and found that nothing had been done. The night manager found a note at the desk requesting the services. She gave us new towels and asked that we set out wastebaskets in the hall. The wastebaskets were emptied the next day, but left outside the door.

Pool not working
Booked what seemed to be the only indoor pool in a 20 mile radius. Spent double on the room than what I normally do just to get the pool. Get to the motel and check in and the pool isn’t in operating condition. Very disappointed!! Room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent property, if I could change one thing it would be the water pressure in the shower. The shower water stayed hot which is excellent but the water pressure was seriously lacking. Everything else was fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean, very quiet, awesome breakfast, perfect location, surrounded by restaurants, shopping. Easy on-site parking and convenient location to airport. Overall our stay was fantastic.

Went to your property next door and were not told about your property next door until I complained and showed a paper with the address of the hotel. Before I complained I was told no reservation and they could not give me a room and they were sorry. Hope this message will help so others will not be turned away. Roof leaked and another room was immediatly supplied.
