So dirty. Like, obviously wasn’t cleaned. Last person who stayed there obviously had diarrhea. Crumbs on the desk. Large amounts of dirt in every corner. I travel for a living. I’ve stayed in some questionable places. But I pride myself on getting a good deal. Yikes, I’ll sleep in my car next time.

I noticed that they don't take customer service to heart only if you're white. It was a comfortable stay. Could use more courtesy to all guest not just a select few. I felt watched all the time and my profession is security. POC think twice before booking here. My bedding had looked like period blood on it. They are using dingy bedding.

Disgusting and awful.
This hotel had special rooms for smoking, which yes, I understand. But those special rooms were on the first floor, making the upper floors smell of smoke as well, which is disgusting. We weren’t given towels on our third day, and when asked for towels we were denied. And above all, the locks on our door were BROKEN. The door lock didn’t even fit into the divot in the wall, and the stick and hoop lock was simply ripped off of the door. The only thing separating us from the rest of the hotel was the main key card lock, and even then the hotel staff has other keys. The only good thing about this hotel was the AC, which was simply amazing, however overshadowed by the rest of this awful hotel.

Right off staff was rude at front desk. Area floor and counters looked like hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Inside my room microwave door was half busted off. Told front desk about and they said, oh it's fine. Found a used baggy of what contained drugs before on floor beside couch. Mattress had the springs coming through. Floor and bathroom dirty. Unless you like living filthy and possibly getting sick go stay somewhere else.
