The only one with rooms available

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Beds sunk in the middle. Colors were dreary. Staff was very nice. Awkward parking lot on an angle.

Unclean room

Posted Oct 21, 2013
The hotel appeared in poor repair. The counter attendant was very courteous, but our room had crumbs on the air conditioner and cigarette burns on the sheets and spread. We could not stay.

Great overnight stop

Posted Apr 3, 2012
Our stay here was just an overnight on the way from Florida to Ohio. We got a GREAT deal on a junior suite thru Expedia :). The hotel was easy to find, the suite was exactly as described, the lobby staff (Penny) was excellent. The location was surprisingly quiet even though it is right off I-75. In addition, we had our bass boat with us; it was parked in the lot (with the cover on) and we had no trouble at all. The lot has security cameras throughout. For our needs, it was perfect and I would recommend it to a friend.

Stay away from America's Best Value properties

Posted Sep 13, 2011 on Hotels.com
I thought the first America's Best was bad, but this was the pits (and we even tried them one more time in a different state) - the only thing positive I can say is that they are consistent ... unfortuantely, that is consistently bad! Spend a few more $$ and stay someplace better. AWEFUL!
