Our room door was broken and you had to lean on it to shut it. The hinges were pulling away from the wall. cobwebs in the corners and on ceiling. Roaches crawling the walls in my room. Only saw a few but gross! Would have left if I had the option but it was only a few hours to stop on a long road trip. Staff was nice.

What a stay .....watch your billing
The beds were hard , i stayed 4 days got charged daily instead at once which caused me to have extra fees and taxes. I booked all at once my total difference from the website book and the actual book was 80.00 and each day had to renew my key the last day we had to clean our own room, request towels , and light bulbs ....

We do see that your card was authorized during check-in and charged at check-out. It was not charged daily. The charge amount, matches exactly the amount you were quoted through your online booking agent. There were no additioal fees or taxes added. We also noted that housekeeping services were declined on your last day. We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your key. We hope you give us another chance soon, so we can share a more positive experience.

Mr. Williams unfortunately you booked through Expedia on a non refundable rate. The hotel is not permitted to change, modify, cancel a reservation from Expedia. Expedia has your payment and they in turn send us a virtual card. I would recommend contacting Expedia directly if you have not done so.

No maid service one day, found blonde hair on pillow case which tells me the pc werent change from the previous guest. Couldnt access the internet with the instructions on the placque tried for 20 min. Tried to call the front desk but the room fone didnt work, they fixed it the next day. Im not that hard to please, but this place has issues!

We were there for the blue ridge rock festival so we were sadly at the hotel much more during our stay than planned, as were the rest of the guests because the hotel was sold out. With a sold out hotel the staff were amazing. The hotel lost power for an hour or so one day but was restored when it was possible. Not a single complaint from room 118

CRITTERS
The room was overrun by ants. I was able to change rooms and that room had too many spider's. The jacuzzi tub was not clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. The young lady that greeted us at check in was very pleasant.

Decent place to crash for a night
So this is really a one-night, get some sleep, keep traveling place. It is very clean and morning coffee was good -- the bed was not very comfortable. Service was with an attitude. I checked in about 10pm, and I'm not sure the front desk person was designed for hospitality. When I checked out in the morning, I barely got a "thank you." -- Would I stay again? If I'm heading through, then probably.
