My brother and I stayed at the property for several days, and it was the second time we had been there. Both experiences were very good, and the location is very convenient for where we were going to visit family. The unit is clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time there. Good for a quick trip
We stayed for one night, just for a quick change of scenery. It’s an older, upstairs unit. The stairs seem to harder to climb for some reason. Either they’re narrower, or steeper, or both. Not sure. The unit had been remodeled and is very clean and neat. There are wood (simulated) floors that make a lot of noise when you walk on them. Thankfully, it didn’t seem like anyone was in the unit beneath us when we were there. There’s a fan in the living room, but not in either bedroom. The AC works, but not very well. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. There are no overhead lights, only lamps, which makes the unit fairly dark. I guess it’s a personal preference thing, but I didn’t like it. Overall, the unit is clean, well stocked, attractive, and convenient to get to. Owner was very responsive. If I needed a place to stay for a night or two, I’d stay there again.

Close to the Bay, lots of areas nearby to walk, close to the beach. Property was adorably decorated and clean. Also, liked the items in the kitchen. Very nice experience overall. The negative was that we had to buy batteries for the remote control but that was not a big deal.

Sorry you experienced noisy neighbors. We and our other guests have not experienced a noise problem. While this condominium development is older, it is well-maintained and popular in the area.

We had a terrible time with the keypad that allowed you to open the front door. Followed instructions to the letter. Finally contacted owner who had someone come out. It was improved but still tricky. No regular hangers in the bedroom closets, only for pants. I added those. Although comfortable, its a little "tired" in some areas compared to other vrbos. We would stay there again.

We are sorry this guest had a problem with the lock. We have had it serviced again and it works perfectly now. We leave the coat hangers in the closet but sometimes we are not aware that coat hangers are missing. We are in the process of updating some of the furnishings.

Prior to check in, I was in constant communication, with John, the owner. The check in process was simple and easy as was the check out process.. The apartment was just like the pictures. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to fix any variety of meals. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms very clean and the shower had a lot of pressure! I can't say enough good things about this property. It is within a one mile radius to grocery stores and restaurants. My wife's sister lives very close to the property and I plan on staying here when ever we visit her. You WON'T be disappointed if you rent this property!!

Wilson at The Wilson's
I'm Charlotte Wilson, a retired teacher and artist. This is the second year that I have stayed at the Wilson's condo while participating in an art show. The location of the condo was great. Only a few minutes from the art show. The condo is clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The condo complex is quiet and located in a place that makes it easy to get to any place on the Eastern Shore. We enjoyed our visit, and thank the Wilson's for their hospitality!!

We stayed at this condo while we waited for our new home to be built. It was a lifesaver as there were several delays beyond the original closing date. The owners were easy to work with and even allowed us to extend our stay an additional week at the discounted rate. The condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants which was good for us while we shopped for new furniture. The price was right and was a great deal for us!
