"The hotel’s approach is soo steep, we had to think twice before heading out each time. They should offer complimentary shuttle service at least. Not recommended for elderly travelers. "This hotel does not have bad amenities but a terribly reluctant management. Basically, the answer was 'no, sorry we cannot' to every request. We even had to insist and fight to have laundered sheets put on our beds as the bed we were given had unwashed, stained sheets. It did have a nice rooftop deck with a wonderful mountain view.
