Dirty bedsheets, pillows. Three pillows without covers, bathrooms were really bad, shower not working, dirty bucket with broken mug for bathing.

This hotel was shut down about six months ago. I only found out this when I arrived this hotel at night. I had to stand on scary streets late at night and made a new booking. This hotel was totally empty and no one was inside the property. Front door shut! I need a full refund!

This is a terribly ugly hotel. There are no windows. When you pull up to the hotel it appears like you are pulling up to an abandoned lot. The shower was not a real shower but a bucket for showering.

The hotel premises has been sealed by local authorities and they are running it illegally through a side lane entry. The bathroom commode did not work and was extremely unhygienic with dark stains throughout, there was water leakage in the bathroom all over.

Terrible filthy , could not stay here.
Hotel was nothing like the photos. Main foyer was shut. Hotel sign had letters missing, dark, dankj and stinky. Staff had no shoes. Paid for znother hotel.

The hotel was not what I was expecting for the price I have paid. Pure cleanliness , toilet seat still dirty from previous guests , pure Maintaince of the room overall . Breakfast was just butter jam toast and banana , no juice or fruit salad or cheese toast what so ever , not even Few biscuits with a coffee or cereals perhaps. Disappointed

Friendly staff. Reasonably priced rooms.
The hotel is near IGI Terminal 3. The hotel staff provided a cab for local travel and a drop to the airport, at a reasonable price (considering that it's New Delhi and quite close to the airport).

There were mice in the bathroom bathroom rundown and the shower was broken the property looked nothing like his photos on hotels.com and the location is also precarious for its traffic and no good decent pedestrian walkway

its a good place to stay within middle class budget near the IGI airport. easily accessible to the city and the airport through public conveyance and situated on the main road. looking forward to stay there again if needed.

Very Cheap in every way
i booked thru hotels dot com and, unfortunately, they always give us a lesser room probably because they only get a "cut" of the cost. My friends got better rooms but they were all pretty desperate. The dining room was through construction, hot hallways, and generally an awful place to sit. The staff was shifty with our bags. Wifi did not work The A/C was right on top of my head and super noisy so i couldn't use it. The bathroom was the weird-Indian variety where the "shower" spewed water all over the floor...not sure why they can't get the idea of a "shower stall" in India but this is not unusual.

This is budget hotel good for stopover for the Delhi airport. I used it for sleep as my flight arrived 3am in the morning and after immigration check it took 10 mins to the hotel. Breakfast is very basic as you would expect from a budget hotel. Bathroom needs renovation. Room was air conditioned before my arrival. Internet connection kept dropping out. This hotel is near a busy highway so noise can be an issue if you are light sleeper. Taxi booking from hotel is expensive compared to what you can get on the street. May be little difficult to find one but hotel staff helped find a taxi and took my luggage to the taxi.

Good place to crash for a few hours bw flights
I spent a few hours here between flights. The photos of the hotel are generous - it's a bit rough around the edges. The button on the shower, for example, needs to constantly be refreshed to keep the water flowing. But for a short stay it works well. Wifi is fast and food was pretty good. And most importantly, it's a great price.

room allotment should be 24 hrs bases.
this is a good experience but the room should be provided on 24 hrs bases, not with a fixed check in time or fixed check out time. i have check in at 8 o clock, so i have paid an extra half charge for the same, where i have to check out next day before 8 o clock. and all the other things are okay. breakfast was great.......

Airport hotel with a heart - best budget option!
This is the best (budget) hotel I've stayed in near Delhi airport. The manager was very conscientious and accomodating; he even let me stay a few hours past check-out time for no extra charge before I caught my connecting flight. The room was confortable and the room service quick and decent.

Good hotel for a quick stay
Excellent service. We were promptly picked up from the airport by the hotel driver holding up a a sign for us. It was a nice comfortable car ride to the hotel. The check in was swift and hotel staff were very courteous. We had made a special request to get a room on the ground floor because my mother cannot climb stairs and they complied with it. Although the position of the room was right beside the kitchen area and access to the room was a little circuitous and we had to pass the kitchen every time,the room itself was adequate. If it had a little bit more lighting near the vanity area that would have been better. It was very hard to see anything in the mirror. They were prompt with any requests that we had for extra things or things to be changed. We were given an extra blanket and a heater. But even without the heater the room temperature was quite nice and cosy. The bathroom didn't have a stand in shower but the water pressure and hot water were both good and at the right temperature.Although we had the option to have the complimentary breakfast we went for room service so no idea how the breakfast buffet fares.They have a computer to check in online and print tickets and wifi was excellent.All in all definitely recommended even if it is two women staying alone. Great service and very close to the airport. Drop off service was very prompt and comfortable as well.

Absolutely avoid this hotel!
We had a prepaid, "confirmed" reservation. But, on our arrival in Delhi at 10pm we were told they had no room available for us. No help, no sorry- just nothing they could do for us.

Very very good deal for the price.
With the price. It wss a good choice. The room wss clean, big and quiet. Sevice was very good and friendly. The only weakness beyond its control is its location on a one-way busy street making access to it little difficult. I will certainly book the hotel again and recommend to others.

Comfortable and convenient to airport
The staff was great. The room was comfortable. Their restaurant served tasty food at a reasonable price. I arrived by air and was please they sent someone to pick me up. While the neighborhood is mostly under construction, the hotel is close to the airport which makes this a convenient location. I'm sure to return there on future visits.

All you need for a airport stay

Overall a good hotel. The staff are very polite and you are welcomed at reception desk with a nice glass of cold juice. The room itself is very good for the price. The bathroom, not so good. The breakfast in the morning is standard, nothing special. I think it is good value for money and within 5 minutes if the Airport, which is a huge plus!!

reasonable hotel
Good location just outside the airport. It is quite OK place for a short visit due to its lower costs. The service was OK. Only problem was continuous HOT water and no cold water in the bath even in Summers. The Taxi charges between Airport and Hotel (about 4 km) are Rs 300 , which I feel is on a high side
