Prior to my arrival, I tried to get ahold of them to arrange for an airport pick up. I sent them a message through hotels.com but there was no response until probably a day prior to my arrival. I even tried calling them,using my own data just to reach their office but phone just kept on ringing. I was so upset , I sent them multiple messages about my frustration. They got back to me but even the day of my departure , they said “ they are still trying to make arrangement or still finding a car to pick me up “ at the airport . I was actually surprised because this is not a 2 or 3 star hotel. For them, to have issues in finding a car to pick me up at the airport seems unlikely. So, I finally arrived and gave us our room. I found it odd that despite the bed appeared made and seems clean, the carpet looked dirty. We just ignored it because we were tired from our flight everything was fine until my AirPod fell under the bed and I blind swiped it and as I pulled it towards me, I accidentally grabbed a condom as well and it was used! I told the manager about it! I took a picture of it and showed it to them . I’m not going to post the image here to save everyone’s sight of this grossness. They immediately changed our room and gave us free dinner at the restaurant. The damage is already done though . I mean , I would not dampen my whole review at this hotel with 1 or 2 incidents.
