Comfortable stay right in the city

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and had a room for 4 people. The interior was in good condition, modern and comfy. The bathroom was really nice as well. Even though we had no bathtub, the shower was big and modern enough to have an relaxing experience. The staff was very customer friendly and we even got little extras like e.g. a water bottle for free even though we already checked out. Very good service! Breakfast was good as well and they even included some variations from day to day.

NEVER STAY THERE

When we stayed here we paid for the spa room when we got there the spa wasn't working. Still trying to get it to work I pulled the button up to notice it was disconnected. We were going to be charged for the airport shuttle until we argued with management they said the one way transfer was only for pick up, but it no where stated this in terms and condition. We ordered room services and they never came to collect the plates they had to sit there overnight. Thank god we only stayed for one night. Management stay were rude as and would never recommend this hotel to others

It was a nightmare!!

Pros: Nothing - ambience alone doesnt mean anything - if u wanna see beautiful structures go see Taj Mahal instead.
Cons: All the staff needs to be fired and fresh manpower needs to be introduced.
Date of Booking - Jan 31, 2014 Dealing with the staff at the hotel turned out to be an absolute fiasco We were a group of 4 friends, all university friends from Sydney Australia (Macquarie Univeristy), who were travelling to India to attend my wedding. It was like a get together of sorts after nearly 5 - 6 years. All of us had resettled since then and accordingly one of us had travelled from Srilanka, another one from Mumbai, one from Bangladesh and myself in Delhi. (specifics are provided, only to suggest authencity of this feedback with no vested interest). We wanted to enjoy some quiet time at the hotel and it proved almost impossible because of the callous attitude of the staff who absolutely refused to attend to us.

Cheap Hotel not worth the money.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff. Restaurant.
Not worth the money. Staff not professional and up to the mark. Can find better hotels in about the same price. Disappointed over all. They don't have a Restaurant and bring food from near by restaurant which takes ages. Breakfast was stale and unhealthy.

Good small(ish) room

Our family (my wife and three children under 5-yrs) stayed in a "triple" room. While the single bed was a rollaway cot, we were impressed with its matress. We also were impressed with the king-size mattress. The staff was excessively helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good - except that we didn't care for the mutton. The breakfasts were great.
