good hotel but the area is a challenge.
Good hotel. Take only the higher end rooms. They are nice and newly renovated.

Pleasant stay.
Very Pleasant experience at this location. The person on the front counter was very helpful and the morning complimentary breakfast was excellent. The fact we had fridge in our room was awesome.

Looks good only in pictures!
Rooms were dirty and smelled. the staff was ok but did not makeup for the uncomfortable stay. the a/c was loud and showers didnt work. no refrigerator!

It was our best stay in allof India , would like to thanks Expedia for giving us such a good choice of hotel. Wifi , cleanliness, breakfast and modern room was all that we refer. The staff was eager to help and friendly. Helped us book Delhi sightseeing and Agra at a good price. Would Reccommend to fellow travellers.

you get what you pay for, so pay more!
Young staff in sports gear, barging into our room, breakfast was horrific and we ended up in McDonald's for the remainder of our stay. Dirty sheets and floors, the soles of my feet were black all the time. location is good, but choose somewhere else.

Loved the hotel.
At the beggining when we arrived the neighborhood looked scary,but once we got to our room we felt ok. Hotel clean,with Wifi in room, half a block away from mc donalds and supermarket.And 5 min away from railroads station.I stayed 5 nights for under 100 us dollars with breakfast included for two persons my teen daughter and myself.

The hotel staff is not very friebdly and seem very helpful but are really trying to make money and take advantage of you. They provide transportation services to all tourist locations in and around delhi but their drivers take you to fixed shops for commission. The gift shop promised to ship the stuff we bought from there for free to anywhere in India but guess what.....the stuff never arrived. We called several times but no one picks up the phone. So beware....do not shop at their stores. The room we had booked was not ready and available we had to wait for 4 hrs! The hotel was very noisy at night...some kind of argument between the owners as we were told the next morning.

Designed more for the Indian traveler .....
I had mostly praise for this hotel, which had continually helpful, kind staff who could never do enough to make me comfortable, until the morning of my departure, which was so stressful that I cannot ever wish such an experience on anyone else. Perhaps if one were to arrange one's own hotel transport, it would be fine; but regards the simple task of arranging a clean comfortable a/c taxi (not minivan) at the appropriate time to make my flight, well this went very poorly. Perhaps this is where east does not meet west, in the sense that though the desk staff tried to be helpful, he couldn't comprehend an expectation for a simple car, sedan, a/c tourist taxi, clean interior, boot for luggage; couldn't provide it though it was requested the night before & reconfirmed by telephone an hour before. The simple act of calling a typical a/c taxi car/sedan (for me in white linen,) wasn't to be fulfilled. I nearly missed the flight and went instead in a dirty, (albeit it had a/c) minivan after myself standing on the street to find it. The other cars called were minivans, or private ubercars,without a/c, had the boot already full & I didn't wish to sit with my luggage on top of me in the back seat nor have them sit on the roof. Regards the room & staff, they gave me their newest, most quiet,comfortable room in the hotel, in the back, & they cleaned it to my satisfaction on arrival, (after repairing the broken shower head.) Rough start. but after 3 hrs of supervising the cleaning:wonderful

Central , comfortable and friendly staff
Got a good large room on the backside of the hotel less noiser. Bathroom and room decor was modern with a work desk and free wifi which worked great for us students. Air conditioning worked well throughout our long stay. Handy tips for shopping and interesting walks through old delhi suggested by the management. Good bet in central delhi.

Good service to a good price
Apart from the kitchen the service was really great. The staff helps out with most things and are keen on making sure you have what you need. In general you get what you pay for which is a decent hotell for a really good price. And you don't have to worry about extra charges. The low price is what you actually have to pay in the end also.

Solid choice in the heart of the city
Great location with the trade fair ground closeby. Staff was attentive and took good care of my needs. Was given extra blankets and an oil heater to beat the city's chill. Excellent infrastructure in the hotel , new lift, modern rooms with spring mattress and tea cofee maker machine. Wifi speed could be better. But a great overall stay. Thanks expedia for such a good choice.

Did not get to stay in hotel because of lift renovation in progress. The whole place was full of dirt and dust. Whole family was covered in dust in few minutes. Owner did not compensate for alternative hotel and did not bother at all. Had to cancel hotel and look for alternative hotel myself. Hotel owner said he will put as "no show". Why?? Very rude treatment. Very frustrating! End up paying more for another hotel. Hope Expedia will refund me as I did not stay there at all! Very bad experience.

I am very disappointed for my decision to choose Sita International. The facilities of this hotel is looked like a lodge only. Room conditions are pathetic. we have missed common facilities in it. In complementary breakfast- one paratha/4 poori baji is served per person only and other items was available on payment basis . Even we are charged for breakfast tea also. I will never recommend ony one for this hotel. Rating a big ZERO.

All expectations were met. Would stay again
I had a large room with all facilities such as LCD ,tv tea cofee maker wifi access in the room. The bathroom had shower cubicle plus a hair dryer which my girl friend used often. For the price we got more than what we expected which was great. The staff were superb and helped us with booking cabs n short trips in and around Delhi. I'd totally recommend to everyone.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. The room was not clean. Lift was not working. Toilet was not at all maintained properly. At first they gave us a room, which was totally horrible. Then the next day, we asked him to change the room. They gave us another room. But then, it was also not maintained properly. Hotel people were not that much friendly. The one and only good thing about this hotel is that it's near to New Delhi railway station. That's it.

Cosy hotel for a family
After a long ride from Shimla to delhi and loosing out way via GPS, we finally managed to locate the hotel ( with help from the hotel staff ) ..it was 1130 pm , check in was pretty fast, dead tired family and 2 small kids who settled down in the comfort of the large room with 2 double beds , a quickie dinner of sandwiches which extended to some fried rice ( oily stuff) Had a late check out ( via expedia) ...just missed to take the hotel bill but paid out and left The autos fleece you for the short distance to the station ...bargain hard ..they do that as you need them and they have less business on a sunday Make it a point to have them drop you inside the station premises

Room condition was fair and service was fine - but very noisy location. Sure, it's Delhi, but one window did not completely close letting in dog barking, traffic and human noise. The first day when we entered this hotel we were starstruck by the amazing indian type furniture they had. We had quite a big room and a major plus would be that room service was open 24 hours! It's quite convenient for those who need to catch a flight every now and then! The worst part of this hotel was when the hot water ran out and the lack of service we received from reception. This meant that we had to keep calling them to keep them moving and to keep seeking answers!!

Room floor was black with dirt. Linen & towels were dirty. Noisy corridoors. Go & buy your own booze from across the road otherwise one of the hotel staff will convince you its not safe and will try and make a few hundred rupees out of you by crossing the road for you.

Sita International was a decent place to spend a couple of nights in Delhi, decent in the sense that everything was clean, safe and comfortable, but the noise kept a heavy sleeper like myself tossing away. It was borderline ridiculous that despite all the facilities the hotel could offer, it didn't have soundproof walls. Our neighbor was swearing all night in Bengali while the corner alleyway was thronging with drunk people and loud members of society communicating in loud voices. If you need quiet, this is NOT your place. If you need a cheap, decent, sort of conveniently located place (metro is like a 30 rupee rickshaw ride away) then go for it.

Hotel ambience, location and cleaniness is suberb. Room is also comfortable in view of luxries and cleanliness but due to the connection of exhaust of another rooms bathroom to my rooms bathroom irritated me due to continuous smoke by another rooms guest. Due to which, I was not ab;e to breath even properly and got headache in the morning. The rooms are good if no exhaust attachment is there in the bathrooms.

Its a good option to stay in Delhi if you are looking for budget hotel. Here are my observations. Pros -Located in main market Pharganj, very close to New Delhi Rly station. -Good comfortable rooms -Reasonably clean - Complimentory wifi. -Helpful staff -A/C rooms, reasonably priced. Cons -Bit noisy as located on main DB Gupta Road. -Food quality is not very good. - No variety for breakfast items. Overall recommended for stay in delhi.

Hotel rooms were clean , but rooms are very small even you can not sit on the sofa as the gap between sofa and Coffee table, sofa and Bed cot is not more than 2 or 3 inches. Sofa cushions were not clean. Only good thing is service was good.
