The service and hospitality by the staff members was amazing, they made me feel like very safe and comfortable, the food was fantastic, the ambience was great. I will definitely be back whenever I am in India . Manesh was very kind and friendly he helped me out when I felt I was unable to communicate to other staff members and advice on sightseeing. He gave a personal attention and it was highly appreciated.

This is a really great place to stay near the airport in Aerocity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The security is very good too. I loved the breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

It is a great location for an airport stay and 10 minutes in a taxi. Aerocity is around the corner too for food and drinks. The hotel room is basic and not the cleanest. The shower curtain wasn’t that clean either. There is a lot of noise in the hotel with guests coming and going. Even the door bell from the room next door can be heard in our room. It’s an ok

Pleasantly surprised by our night in an aerocity hotel. Red Fox was clean and comfortable. Our fourth floor room appeared to have been refurbished recently and was lovely. Restaurant was fine for an evening meal and breakfast. Corridors tend to be noisy as floors are tiled not carpeted. Earplugs needed hence four stars given.

The room was a touch small, but clean and bright, and had all the necessities. Staff was helpful. Restaurant was GREAT, with good food for foreign palettes, and delightful staff; Kawaljeet and Shivangi made me feel right at home and well cared for. Great location near airport and easy Uber ride to city sites.

Clean and simple room. Great service!
Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. A bit small, but perfect for solo or couple. I had trouble getting a very early morning taxi / Uber to the airport, but Arkush from the hotel staff was kind enough to drive me himself. Excellent service!!

Room pillows were harder than expected. Only 1 hand towel for 2 beds. Cutlery placement in cafe wasn't upto the mark. Dinner non veg snacks was cold as chicken was leatherly. Breakfast buffet better than dinner buffet.

High cost for a mediocre hotel
Incredibly slow service, it took over 30 minutes to check-in. During that time, staff allowed other people to barge in and service their requests (like giving an extra key card because they left it in their room) and they aren't clear about airport transfers schedules. Buffet is not great, a friend and I got food poisoning and towels have stains on them. Average English capability is very limited.

We had a short stay, as we were catching a flight in the early morning. Check in was super easy and smooth. They helped us take our luggage up to our room, and brought it down (at 1AM). A taxi service was also available for us at 1 AM. The restaurants in the building served yummy food, and the staff overall were super kind. I would definitely stay at Red Fox Hotels again!

Good airport hotel.
A very good no frills hotel close to Delhi airport. Room was spotlessly clean and the linens which were also of good quality . Beds were really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was varied, well cooked and presented with good quality food. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would have a reason to not stay there again. Only one gripe - not enough staff at the reception desk! For an airport hotel the wait to be served was unnecessarily long and git irritating.

No words, just emotions!
The most horrible thing was that by the arrival we realised that instead of two rooms in one for 3 people (which was presented in the picture when we were booking), we found one room with two beds and one extra bed to be added in that small and barely clean room. During the night men in the underwear were walking in the narrow corridors and I don't know for what reason they were all sleeping with their doors open, which was scary. At 4 o'clock they were still screaming, crazy! The place for smoking was even more horrible with a dog food and water inside, with a broken air conditioner and half broken fan. I paid for breakfast, but after all this experience I didn't even feel I wanted to eat in the morning. Sorry for bad feedback, the guys at the reception were really nice and caring, they don't deserve bad feedback, but the hotel conditions were unbearable. They don't match the pics they have on the website.

Very pleasant surprise. Close to airport, metro station and next door shopping mall. Nice breakfast buffet. Only complaint is that the restaurant is very noisy. Bad acoustic.
