This is the kind of guest we all fear as a host. He was willing to try to buy my review and was just looking to scam me in my humble opinion. I have 27 listings I’m a super host and a very caring hard-working small business owner. This is the kind of guy that makes me want to quit the whole business, it’s only one in 1000, but he was so horrible I can believe there are such mean, rude greedy humans. I guess I just need to focus on all the positive guess and hundreds and hundreds of happy travelers should’ve stayed in this exact unit. Haters are gonna hate

Mike, Sorry you feel that way. I actually grew up in the area in Littleton is one of the safest and cleanest places to raise a family. So I’m not sure what you mean by the neighborhood isn’t totally safe. We also have had hundreds of satisfied and happy guests stay here, so sorry it wasn’t the right fit for you.

This is the first we have heard of this. We strive for an awesome guest experience and we are sad she wasn't 100% satisfied. We have over 700+ reviews and we are super hosts. This guest was very disrespectful and hard on my property. It appears they may have smoked inside after asking me I told them no but when we Went to clean the property the entire house reeked of smoke. They also left so much trash and the place filthy. As a host that is very proud of my property, I would never let this guest stay at my property ever again.
