A great location in Littleton!
You can't tell a book by its cover! The property needs some exterior maintenance and landscape maintenance (lawn cutting), but in Spring in Colorado we let the grass grow to recover from the winter - we did have a few inches of snow during our stay. The interior of the house was excellent - clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable, and the towels and bedding were excellent quality. Our two well behaved dogs loved the fenced back yard. We will stay here again on future trips from Grand Junction to the Denver area.

Very nice!
We were very pleased with our overall experience. The location was great for visiting my family. It would have been nice for the heat to have been on when we arrived as the temperature was in the 30s, but I would have no problem recommending to other travelers and/or staying here again.

Lovely
Lovely stay. Easy to communicate with hosts. Was dog friendly. Huge yard my dogs loved. Easy check out. Close to tons of stuff. Would stay again. 10/10 recommend!

Great little house
Overall a good experience. The house is in a convenient location and was comfortable. I had trouble getting in when I arrived late one night, but eventually got the tricky front door to open. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and dishes etc. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place!
We were visiting our daughter who lives in Littleton. Her house is too small to accommodate all of us overnight and this house was perfect for us. It is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and a grocery store and other things are very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights there. The owner is easy to work with. Check-in and checkout were simple. Highly recommend!

Clean and Pet Friendly
It was a nice place. The house was kinda hard to find it was on a corner. It was clean, the backyard was fenced for the dog, super convenient. The house was pretty chilly, they did have extra blankets and space heaters. Loved that they had fans. Great place for the money and we were able to be together as a family

Street Outlaw Weekend
This property suited our needs wonderfully. We arrived early & were allowed early access. Loved the Nest heat/cool system. Close to many things.

Great for what we needed!
Came to Denver to see a Red Rocks show and this home was the closest and the best value we could find. It was clean and comfortable inside. The outdoor area has a huge yard but is a bit disheveled. Plenty of room for all of us and we all slept well.

Insufficient A/C. Panhandlers nearby.
We paid to stay about 2 weeks. We left a week early and rented a different place. Despite what the property manager represented to us, and will probably will continue to say, the A/C system is grossly insufficient. When the outside temperatures moved to the mid 70s or higher, the inside temps quickly rose to high 70s and stayed there until the middle of the night when the outside temps when down to the 50s. We were accused of not knowing how to use the Nest thermostat (we have 2 at home). He also told us that the reason the house was hot was because we had closed vents. We did close several vents AFTER several days of the entire house being extremely hot, in an attempt to cool the bedroom so we could sleep. Last note, opening the windows was to an option - many of the windows did not have screens, the neighborhood is not the best, and it was common to see panhandlers nearby on Broadway Street. We told the manager of the issues the first night of our stay. He offered to send us videos of how reset the thermostat. We asked for a partial refund after we left. He did not offer or provide any. He did send a A/C technician to the house after we were gone and the outside temperature was in the mid 60s and determined “the system was working perfectly”. The system does produce cool air, it is simply insufficient to cool the house. I am sure the property manager will have plenty to say about us in response to this review. I can tell you that we have stayed in numerous short-term rentals in the last several years. We have never run into problems like this or left a negative review. Rent at your own risk.

Very nice stay.
Enjoyed our stay prior to heading up into the mountains for the week in Littleton. The property was well furnished and a nice back yard for our dog to get some exercise.

Great Stay in Littleton!
I enjoyed a great stay in Littleton - this property was spacious, organized, and well stocked with everything you might need. The location was a perfect home base for my travels in Denver - it was nice coming back to a covered area for my car and a wonderful Nest temperature controlled home with comfortable furnishings. I especially appreciated my terrific bed, hot shower with excellent pressure, and full kitchen. I did not use the laundry facilities but i twas nice to know it was easily available. Also I cannot say enough good things about Jeff, who is exceptionally responsive and really offers each guest the utmost in hospitality.
