"I wished they had a microwave in the room. Also I did not like the hanging hooks and towel racks. They are sooo high. I almost fell trying to retrieve a towel. Please try to lower it. Think of us short people. Thank you in advance."

"The Red Tower is the worst place I've ever visited. After I looked at my room, which had very poor internet service. Throughout the apartment was unsanitary. The front desk attendant was rude and uncaring to me as a guest. To add, my reservation wasn't sent to the front desk. I immediately asked to use the phone to call a taxi to take me to another place to stay. I'm just happy that I was refunded my monies."

"The hotel is a great value, it's spacious with TV, internet, and a full kitchen. It's really tough to find though if you don't know the area, there's no sign at all. I had to literally memorize the photo and scan each building. Luckily it's unique enough. The building itself is nice, lot's of marble and nice atmosphere. As another reviewer mentioned the bed is literally the hardest I've slept on in my life, I have no idea how someone made a bed so hard. Thankfully this didn't bother me too...
