"Great hotel for the price. Walking distance to the beach which is across the street. Service was very good. The only bad thing was that the food was sub par. The picanha was bland and the breakfast was less than desirable. Order eggs or an omelette as the buffet was not great. "

I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!"

We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund.
