We found the food in the themed restaurants great, maybe they could improve the food options for the main restaurant, especially for vegetarian guests. As in many resorts in Crete there were few stray cats and it was nice to notice one of the staff leaving some food and water available for them. "Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would have liked the entertainment at the hotel to be more varied as it seemed to be geared towards children. The food at the hotel restaurants was not completely to our liking, but fortunately, there were many restaurants outside the property that were of a very good standard."

"Nice hotel on beach away from traffic noise etc. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace where people are eating having their breakfast. A smoking zone away from eating area would be recommended."

"Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."
