“장백산 못지 않게 좋았던 호텔입니다. 체크인할때 직원분이 너무 친절하게 해줬고 설명도 잘해줬습니다. 배정받은 방도 너무 좋았어요. 바깥공원도 좋아보였는데, 출입구 찾기가 어려웠어요. 조식은 그런데로 괜찮았어요. 그 외 식당은 기대보단 별로였습니다. 전체적으로 괜찮았던 호텔입니다. ”

“所有工作人員服務都很好，從前台，禮賓部到餐廳等等，包括溫泉的都是服務得很好 但是很多地方在維修，而且是非常大面積的， 還有泳池沒有開放 ，知道八月份沒有開放泳池真的有理說不清， 行政酒廊有沒有開放， 然後賣四千元一間套房， 真的很不值得，如果不是價格的話，設備又配不上這個價錢， 其他都很好的”

“飯店乾淨，住在行政樓層，view非常棒，浴缸大又舒服，還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，電動窗簾感覺氣派，行政酒廊的短髮小姊姊服務到位，熱情招待溫柔對待小朋友，非常棒～飯店離中央大街較遠，這次停留在哈爾濱時間太短～下次要待久一點！”

“We only stayed here for 2 nights arriving very late before moving on to our next destination via train, by design and for that it was fine. Cabs are really cheap so we were able to use them to get to the shopping area etc. Nearby tho there is very little but a short but steep walk will get you to some local stuff. Good restaurant across street (ask front desk) but due to road barriers you have to walk pretty far and back to get to it or walk under a sketchy path under the major road. Room was……

“Average room condition, stand clean room, but smoking smell in the nonsmoke room, air-condition doesn't work smoothly, can't be controlled in room individually, good quality food, which was supplied from the special supplier, stand cooking, not too much choices avaliable”
