"Location is good. Apart from that, everything else is horrible. Especially disturbing is the unhygienic conditions of the rooms and washrooms, and the smelly linen. And no towels, though even if they had provided them, we would not have used them given their cleanliness standards. Also, the most disturbing part was to found out that they give out the worst rooms if one books via Expedia. "Serena Peshawar is in the middle of a long term refurbishment and we were give one of the new refurbished rooms and all I can say is wow what an amazing improvement! Clean modern contemporary designed rooms and excellent service esp from Mr Arif Baloch who made sure that we were v well looked after during our stay. We look forward to returning."
