"Needs improvement overall! "

"The beds (8 inches thick) and the cotton sheets (high thread count) are very comfortable. We booked the Triple Room and it is large enough to fit my family of 5. Very spacious and clean! The T & B door jam needs fixing but it does not affect the quality of our stay. We never experienced a clogged toilet. The rooms are clean. The furnitures are basic but of good quality. We all had a good night's sleep every night after an exhausting day. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Asia...

"If you love nature, you will enjoy Balai sa Baibai. The lawns are nice and relaxing to look at. The staff is awesome. They are friendly and can communicate well. The restaurant and bar are good but I wished they offered more fish in the menu!😉 it is unfortunate that the weather did not cooperate. It was rainy, however, we still enjoyed our stay."

"I was just looking for some place to sleep for a low price because of a business trip and I was satisfied. I wasn't looking for something fancy and lots of amenities. The shower was a little near the toilet so it was kind of uncomfortable to take a shower. 1 pillow case I had should have been never used and had been thrown away."

"My experience in JV hotel is very disappointing & I’m not comfortable. Towels are old & dirty looking . There’s a mosquitoes flying & bugs in the bed . Bathroom is very dirty . My fiance and I made a mistake of staying there on a weekend when they have music and it's very close to the rooms which is fine because I assumed it would stop at a reasonable hour like midnight and it did stop around 12:30 but unfortunately I believe the owner and some of his drunken friends decided to sit outside and there at a table instead of going into his apartment and proceeded...
