"El Mirador had good customer service for the most part. They dont speak much if any english which wasnt a huge deal since I spoke the language but for those who dont, it might be difficult. The only two things were when we got there they tried giving us a room without air conditioning or hot showers, I had to explain that we paid for those services -after that they moved us with no problem. During our stay the service was nice, there wasnt much of a variety for breakfast but it was good. Then on...

"Hotel was pretty nice and a good value for the money. Free Airport Shuttle was on-time and very well run. Breakfast was cooked to order most days (though had a buffet the first day there with nice fresh fruit) and pretty tasty. AC worked well in the room. Service was good and mostly responsive to requests, but sometimes a little delayed.
