"We (Me and wife) stayed for 5 nights. Ideal location, easy access to main attractions like KL tower, PETRONAS tower etc. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was good. Excellent breakfast service, variety of choices, friendly staff. Our greatest enjoyment was exploring the street food market, which is walking distance from the hotel. "

"The location was perfect and the dorms have adequate locker/storage space. The hostel itself? It was mediocre at best. The dorm room was nice, but filled with unruly people (it was the holidays - not really the hostel’s fault). The bathrooms need some extra attention with regards to cleaning and repairs. The shower heads are in desperate need of replacing. Every single one on the 1st floor is either broken or has mold around it. Staff seemed inconvenienced by questions. Overall, it was an ok...

"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this....

"Checking in can be a bit confusing and you have to be patient with the lift, it's a great place to stay in SIN with an amazing view of the city. The guys who run the hostel are very understanding and helpful. "
