Property is kept really clean and nice. Room was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast was hot with lots of options. Elham the breakfast lady was so nice, kept everything stocked and the food was great. Best holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at and not just in Michigan it’s best one I’ve EVER been to. Worth the money, great location with many things nearby to do. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will be back to this location hands down!

Management, the front desk and cleaning staff were all fantastic. You could most definately tell that their priority was that we enjoyed our stay and we did. Big Thanks to the night time front desk staff!

The rooms were great bed was very comfy the pool and hot tub was a plus for the kids breakfast was awesome The only thing i didnt like was there was no water pressure in the shower but other then that our 2 night stay was great

Staff was excellent and whoever served breakfast stayed on top of keeping it stocked very cleanliness only down fall was pool chlorine was strong it was hard to breathe and eyes burned they had to close it to get levels right

Our stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly and professional! The entire property was VERY clean! My husband and daughter loved the beds, they were a little too soft for my liking, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. Was in town for the Michigan game and was an easy 40 min commute to the game. Only complaint is the streetlight shining in the window at night, blackout curtains would have been great.

Convenient location for the Suburban Collection Showplace venues. The staff was terrific. My only complaint was a dark black hair prominently displayed on my off-white shower floor. It's just a thing with me...I'd stay here again.

Very disappointed in this hotel…they didn’t give us the room we reserved, the bathroom was dirty, we didn’t receive housekeeping and our room keys didn’t work. Loud guests well into the morning hours kept us awake and none of the staff seemed to care about any of these issues. Would not recommend staying at this property.

I am sorry you feel you didn't get the room you reserved when in fact you did get the 2-queen bed you reserved and we also gave you a rollaway at no charge and as for the housekeeping services You did have a DND on your door and since my staff didn't check again after noon I gave you a discount for your troubles.

We had a great stay at this holiday inn! We checked in late at night and left the next day, but the facility was super clean and friendly staff. Bed was super comfy and they had a delicious spread of hot or cold food in their breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend!
