Eu gosto muito do hotel, atendimento ótimo. O que eu não curti foi que peguei um quarto para casal e tinha um edredom de solteiro disponível. Certo que eu podia ter ido na recepção e pedido um de casal, mas estávamos tão cansados que dormimos com o de solteiro msm. Tirando isso, o resto é tudo ótimo.

Ótimos quartos e atendimento e serviços. Café da manhã sempre excelente. A única crítica seria os abajures e as luminárias que precisam serem trocadas em alguns quartos que me hospedei. Mas é um ótimo hotel e é sempre a minha escolha.

Estranha estadia.
Decepcionado. O Ibis mais desorganizado que já fiquei. A tv estava com a tomada dando mal contato, a internet do hotel não funcionou em nenhum momento que estive lá. De 15 hrs de 21/10 as 6:40 de 22/10. Ao chegar na recepção tinha um bilhete pedindo pra se caso fosse fazer checkout, deixar o cartão da porta em um caixa de acrílico. Pois estava sem recepcionista. Café da manhã servido muito tarde aos domingos a partir das 7 hrs. Eu não pude tomar café pois tinha um compromisso às 7:30, se eu esperasse poderia me atrasar. Tive que tomar café em outro lugar, sendo que o do hotel estava pago. Tem que melhorar esses pontos
