Been here twice before, this third stay was not up to the same standards as previously. A lot of the staff have changed and the service did not have that special touch like it did previously. The location is good and the breakfast is good too

Great hotel, spacious room, nice balcony overlooking Souq Al Najada. Had a VIP stay however the hotel didn't recognise my Expedia status so didn't offer any upgrade. The suhoor breakfast option was really good, big portions, tasty and varied. The hotel has a pool on the first floor, also tried the buffet breakfast on Eid day and the following days, nice options with food, fresh pastries and bakery, egg station for omelette, egg benedict etc waffle and pancake stations. The hotel is just across Souq Waqif so conveniently located.

Charming hotel near Souq Waqif
I arrived at the hotel just before 6 PM, and Adel at the reception checked me in quickly. He was very helpful and provided a detailed overview of the surrounding areas of the hotel. The breakfast team was highly attentive and respectful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The ambiance was delightful, and there was an abundance of delicious food to choose from. The staff was extremely professional and courteous throughout my stay. I plan on returning to Al Najada in the future, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Nice, But Misleading
The room was very nice, very comfortable. Only downside was our Deluxe Souq Piazza View room didn't have a view of the souq at all. It was in a corner next to the elevator with only a sideways view of an enclosed courtyard, across the street from the souq, so a bit of misleading description of the accommodation. Just FYI.

The staff were as helpful as they could be however that are not enough of them at the reception desk would needed. The Laundry service was poor. I only just received an item I put in for dry cleaning the day before as I was leaving the building 28 hours later. Café and the breakfast service preferred to be paid in cash rather than putting it on account. Wasn't these minor issues the hotel isn't a great location and the staff to try the best.

This was a great place to stay for one or multiple days. Near the metro and souq waqif, we were able to explore and still use our hotel as home base. The views were great, the pool was lovely, and the included breakfast was absolutely incredible, definitely a highlight. Hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

The hotel, all it's staff - including reception staff, restaurant and baggage handlers are so polite and welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel is in a good location for all the main attractions in Doha, easily accessible via an Uber (would recommend Uber as they are cheaper to get around especially with a family)

The staff at rhe hotel was very friendly and very helpful, especially Basit at the reception went out of his way to arrange a private city tour for me and made sure that I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and is close to shops and restaurants.

I really liked the hotel and the fact that it’s few minutes away from Souq Waqif. I shopped around Najada Complex and the gold shops were amazing. Staffs were polite and helpful. Excellent condition of the property, I really liked my room and balcony space. House keeping was done everyday and one thing that they can improve is to hoover the room.

Home away from home in Doha
The hotel is amazing. Its just 15 minutes ride from the airport. Easy access, with uber available almost round the clock. The hotel is clean, modern, with a touch of classic furniture. The rooms are superb. The pillows are wonderful. The staffs are friendly and professional. This is our go to hotel when staying in Doha.

Wonderful Doha hotel in a perfect location
Excellent hotel with very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the main restaurant to the people who cleaned the rooms. Rooms were large and spacious with comfortable beds and well designed bathrooms. The hotel has a more traditional feel but is still up to date, very clean and well maintained. Located just a few steps from the Souk Waqif (but importantly, completely separate from the souk) and very close to several important museums, the corniche and harbor boats — all within an easy walking distance (even in 100+ degree heat in May). There is a gym at the hotel and apparently a swimming pool (although we didn’t happen upon it during our short two night stay). There is also a hotel spa advertised on the the hotel TV channel but it was actually at a nearby sister property of the Tivoli hotel brand in the souk. We are not spa people so no loss. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and varied and food in same space for dinner was very tasty. Overall a nice oasis in the middle of Doha. Would definitely stay here again for our next stopover in Doha.

requested a date amendment due to unforeseen travel changes and in a cloud of confusion between the hotel and expedia they weren’t able to make this amendment. the hotel claimed that expedia never requested the change and if they had it would have been possible, and expedia claimed they did. £200 wasted and very much not 5* service from the hotel or expedia.

Awesome place to stay in Doha
Truly one of the best hotel stays I have had in many years. The staff is truly extraordinary. I had some challenges due to awkward arrival/departure times into Doha, and they worked with me on this. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The daily breakfast buffet has a wide assortment of foods, all tasty and nicely presented. This will be my "go to" place to stay in Doha for all future trips!
