No soap in the bathroom and no body wash. All of the questions I had were not responded to until it was too late. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful. Other employees not so much.

The hotel was beautiful, with great customer service. It could also use a few improvement like the elevator it really needed cleaning and the bathroom seemed to have a lot of rust on the light fixtures from weathering or some sort maybe the be water is a bit hard in the area, but overall a great stay.

Rooms are out dated. First assigned room had a bathroom water leak with wet carpet outside bathroom door. Called office they told us we had to bring all of our belongings back down to Lobby to assign us another room (which we did not do). Our second room color was going out on tv and the bed was old and uncomfortable. Place seemed to be remodeled on outside but needs TLC on the inside.

Another nice stay
Front desk is very helpful. Breakfast waitress is so pleasant. Rooms are clean and in good shape. Nice bathrooms. Plenty of ground for sitting and relaxing.

Nice stop
Just a quick stop on a long drive. Room was nice, clean and spacious. The location was convenient off the highway and a lot of options close by. Also felt like a safe location.

It was conveniently located. For the expense and brand expectation of the Hilton, the room itself was outdated, dirty bathroom with rust and mold in the shower and toilet. No room service/cleaning unless you stay for more than 4 days. The fridge was leaking and it just seemed gross. The bedding was subpar and the bed slept well.
