Room perfectly clean, staff very very friendly and attentive and going the extra mile to please you. The buffet was decent and the lobby and restaurant have a warm feeling. Perfect location to go to all major shopping malls by train. Definitively, I could book again.

Worst Service Apartment on Sheikh Zayed Road!!!
The WiFi was absolute terrible. We could not stream any programs online nor browse on most of the sites. Most of the nites we were staying indoor and the Internet Service was not working at all. We had even called the Technical staff to fix the problem but they were not able to resolve the issue. They were also very slow in cleaning the apartment even after giving the Housekeeping staff a lot of notice in advance. Once they forgot to clean the apartment completely till we reminded them and came to clean it. There was a lot of noise due to renovation going on in the apartment which the manager told us in advance and assured us an apartment away from the noise but we could hear constant noise throughout the day. We could not use the gym facilities nor the swimming pool due to the renovation which was a major inconvenience. Instead of offering to subsidize the gym membership or swimming pool which was extremely expensive, the staff advised us to look elsewhere at top notch properties. We also asked them to arrange for a taxi service which they were not able too. In my opinion this is the worst property to stay in Sheikh Zayed Road there’s really much better properties you can get better services for the same price or cheaper. The Worst Service Apartment in Dubai. Absolute Worst.

Used to be the best hotel/Apt in Dubai
I always stay here on my business trips to Dubai, and I always ask for and get a high floor 3 bed-room. This trip was a disappointing experience. I got an old room on 4th floor with a bad shower head, kitchen cabinet doors that don’t close and a neighbor who was very noisy at 4 am. The staff, on the other hand, were excellent and supportive in every way.

I stayed I. Three bedrooms appartment with my family in July 2019. Hotel is old rooms also need renovation. I towels in room every day I need to call house keeping to give towels and sleepers. There was nothing in kitchine only few plates and glasses nothing else. Overti will not recommend this place to stay

We enjoyed every moment staying in this hotel. We booked this hotel to celebrate my friend's birthday together with her family. At first, I was a bit doubtful of the hotel but when I was able to see our room; the view from our apartment, and the amenities, i was completely amazed. It's more than I expected. We had a good view of the shk. zayed road and all the towering buildings and especially the burj khalifa. Our room was in the corner facing the road. Also, I am grateful to the staffs who accommodated my inquiry and my request for a very early check-in, Diana(?), Jeanie and Mansoor who assisted me with my check-in. Initially, we were assigned to a room in a smoking floor despite i mentioned as my prefrence a non-smoking room but the team acted quickly to rectify this and showed me 2 rooms that I was able to choose from. On the other side, the buffet breakfast has a limited selection, the lifts takes time to reach the ground floor, qnd the wifi in our floor has a very poor signal. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.The celebrant and her family were very happy and the kids enjoyed the pool so much, even I.

We just returned from a week at the Al Salam. The hotel was better then expected! Location was great, apt. Was huge, clean and perfect!! We could not have picked a better place to stay!!

Amazing stay
Everything was great and amazing! There is no fault with this hotel. EVERYONE is so approachable and very helpful. My check in was smooth. I already had an agreement with my check in and check out procedure with the management before arriving and everything was logged on their system. Their were no surprises in paying extra a part from the room tax. The hotel is located in a very strategic place. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel at all, especially to families. The room I was given, 4204 is the best! You have beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. My three children loved the swimming facilities and were swimming practically every morning. The life guards were great and very patient with the guests. In particular, I would like to thank Philip, the room Agent. He was very friendly and really loves his job and had excellent customer interaction. Above all, he even left me a very touching note. I wish him well. I will definitely book again at this hotel as I know what service I will get and know for sure the staff will be their go help the guests. EVERYONE at this hotel is a credit to the company and I wish each one of them the best. When I book again in the future, I hope they give me the same room as the views are out of this world! The hotel was ideally located, close to metro and trade centre. Perfect hotel for family. The service was fantastic. Everyone from the bell boy to reception to house keeping services were very welcoming. I would like to thank Mansoor, Mehboob from the hotel staff for making our stay comfortable. Mansoor was forth coming in advising us, assisting us in planing local trips in and around Dubai. Keep up the good work.

Liked the location. Very close to Financial Centre Metro station. About 15 mins from City Walk which is a 'must do' Nothing particularly unique about the property, it is a little dated and there is no access to the freezer in apartments. the kitchen crockery is very limited though when we asked for additional items it was provided quickly Communication is very poor. At times it felt like staff just didn't listen to your request before answering or acting. There is no awareness for providing vital information to tourists such as information on local things to do and when esp if you don't ask. It best to do a lot of the homework before you arrive
