The location and view of the property were impeccable. The staff were also very nice, but when we called for some issues, there was usually a language barrier that took several calls to rectify. The amenities of the property were nice, however we had some issues with power in the suite. It was very random which electronics worked in which outlets. Otherwise staff was responsive to our needs.

Awesome and convenient place to stay at.
The place was large enough for our family. The staff were very helpful in providing anything that we wanted. The room was very clean. The place is closer to the metro and taxis are easily available and organised by staff if required. Would highly recommend the place and would definitely stay there next time.

If you are staying in Dubai, Premiere Marina City Apartments is where you want to be! Staff and service was amazing! Special 'thanks' to our waitress Judith for looking after us in the restaurant every morning. She was so lovely! Definitely will be back again!

Our apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. It was in a very good location . I think the pool area could do with upgrading! Breakfast was good value for money

The apartment was a large size ! Well appointed! Breakfast was a large buffet with excellent selection. Staff were very helpful and friendly ! The pool is a necessity but the JBR beach is only 15 minutes walk away !

We had a lovely stay , there was a noise of running water which keep us awake one night. We were moved into another room without any problems . This noise was still heard in the new room so we came to the conclusion it was the air conditioning

Nice apartment,Amazing Location & fantastic views!
standard apartment had an amazing view of the marina and buildings around. Apartment spacious and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location of hotel is perfect right on the marina next to lots of restaurants. 10 mins walk from metro station and jumeirah beach. 5 mins from marina mall. Will definitely stay here again. 25 mins drive from airport or 1 hour by metro. Best holiday ever and city premiere made it even better for us with their service and apartment.

Great location and perfect size of apartment
Stayed at this lovely hotel with my family. 2 bedroom apartment is absolutely huge, clean and close to everything in the Marina. Marina Mall and hop on hop off bus is literally a 5-10min walk. Access the restaurants on the Marina via the parking basement. Only fault I can say is the beds are so uncomfortable, they are very hard so we all woke up feeling very stiff and sore. The lounge was so soft so we slept on there for a few days as the beds were stiff as a board. Only fault - everything else was close to perfect...

Very bad experience with city premiere: 1) long waiting at check in & they were very long to find our booking 2) room was humid & had a bad smell 3) room key was given to other clients that entered our room! 4) continuous water leakage in the bathroom 5) staff not helpful: we asked to borrow 30mn an extra dryer for the 2d bedroom in the apartment and they wouldn’t accept to provide us with one Very disappointed with the quality of service and the standards of city premiere

wonderful palace to stay with family
its was wonderful trip and stay. we enjoyed out door activity because every thing was near by. restaurant, pharmacy and boat station.. its good for morning walk, swimming pool and rooms were clean. we rented 5 units for 2 days as family and surprisingly no one complaint about any things.

Great Location
Great sized apartment with full kitchen, sofas and dining table plus 3 balconies that got morning sunshine. Problems with tv and aircon were fixed quickly. Perfect location on the Marina, 5 min walk to the Marina Mall with an array of shops and restaurants. 30dhm to Emirates Mall and 100dhm from DXB airport. Small supermarket and pharmacy opposite the hotel. Can sunbathe between 7am and 1pm then sun disappears behind buildings with it reappearing between 3pm & 5:30pm (sunset) only downsize was bedroom was small and the twin beds were singles, however as most time was by the pool or going out not too much of an inconvenience. Would stay again.

It was a nice place to stay and the staff was very nice. Very attentive to what I needed. The gym was mostly good. Heavier dumbells would have been nice.

Nice hotal close to attractive places in Marina
We had good experience with kids before in same hotel but different location. This time it was me and my husband only. The hotel enhanced our previous opinion with the great location and affordable rate. The place gives you multiple food , shopping, and entertainment choices . Love it, I would certainly recommend it for couples and families .

Good large rooms with good facilities. Backing onto the Marina with loads of restaurants. Dry zone so no booze. Great breakfast, great staff and close to the Metro. Very good base to explore the new parts of the city.

Don't stay here. The worst service I have had ever. They forget to call taxis and make you wait for 30 min. The room is big but few wall out lets. The room services is over price for the quality of the food. Iast thing they try to kick you out before check out

The worst hotel
It was the worst hotel I was ever stayed in , there was no service for the bathroom as the tap water was not working in one and broken in another, there was cockroach on the bed , I shorten my stay to only one night instead of 7 nights

Hotels was superb just what we needed. Clean. Spacious just as the photos shows. Great location with views. Only concern was could not have any visitors into room no matter what gender or time in the day and you had to keep nagging if extra things such as cups were needed but overall great hotel and experience.
