I confirm with Expedia that two guest are coming they still charge use extra .. my husband missed his flight .. we had to pay extra for room and for flight

Worst hotel I have ever stayed
Me and my wife had travelled to Dubai for a vacation trip and stayed in this hotel. It was a nightmare staying in this hotel. We checked in on 18th May. On 19th May at around 5:30 am when my wife was brushing teeth in the bathroom, the marble slab from the bottom of the sink fell on my wife's both foot which injured her badly and had to call an ambulance for emergency treatment. My wife was in great pain due to injury. She was not able to walk properly. Initial treatment was done and the bill of around 500 AED was paid by hotel. This incident spoiled the whole trip. We continued to stay in the hotel for next 3-4 days as we had the bookings and we had no option left. My wife was in pain for the entire stay we had in this hotel. I spoke to the manager for compensation and they denied. i came back to the country i live in and had few more emails with the manager of the hotel to consider paying the compensation for the losses we had. They denied every time. Hotel spoiled someones trip and not ready to pay the compensation. Worst experience and realized there is no humanity left. I pray that no one falls in this situation. Its very painful when you travel from different county to have nice time and end up in pain due to Hotel. I would not suggest to stay in this hotel. Its not only comfort reason but also safety concerns.

The club inside the hotel is so noisy it's not a good night sleep!. The food is not recommended!. Though the service and the employees are very nice.

Not worth more than USD40 per night.
Hotel staffs seem to be doing their best but the main management needs to pay more attention to some of the obvious matters and to some details. Not so bad as some previous reviews but could be better and a bit cheaper for the standard and service. Then again, not only this hotel, generally 3 or 4 other hotels I stayed during my 2 weeks in Dubai should bring down their charges too. They all charge like 4+ starts hotel but what you get is 2+ standard.

No room . worst experience ever
First 1.5 hour rounding to find car parking . i stopped the car on the middle of road and i went to reception to get room key . they told me to wait . i told them about the parking issue but they said they can't do anything . then tgey told me they don't have room for me . eventhough i paid online . worst hotel ever . if you want to lose money you go there. Now i didn't get room or money .

Amazing Stay at this hotel
I really enjoyed staying or spending some quality stay day and night at this hotel. Even though I don't rate as a 3 star hotel, doesn't mean that I underestimate the hotel, no. The services was so perfectly done that I'm already planning going back again. Really clean and comfortable. I needed just a bit more space, maybe next time I will choose your other option. We were staying in a level 2 suite and were woken in the middle of the night by the music from the in-hotel "nightclub". The music was so loud that fixtures in the room were vibrating on the walls and it could still be heard whilst wearing noise cancelling headphones. We were told we would just have to wait until it closed at 3am for the noise to stop.

Brilliant service
Couldn't give this hotel more praise, absolute brilliant service, staff were lovely. Location ideal as it is close to everywhere I needed to go. Would definitely recommend it. Also the food was amazing, best steak I've had in decades! Thumps up for Fortune Pearl

If you want to sleep don't choose this hotel.
Hotel room was good and clean. Most of staff was friendly and helpful. But hotel has 4 different disco and until 3 AM there is high volume music. It's very hard to sleep before 3 AM. If you are business traveller don't expect sleeping at nights. I called reception complaining about high volume music they said "we can't turn volume down". Next day i asked to change my room they said all rooms hears the music. Housekeeping said water is free but only first day they placed water bottles later they never placed any water or other free items like coffee.

Nice hotel for your stay! Room was clean and staff very helpful. Only thing to comment is the neighbourhood, quite poor, but okay. Easy to get to the city with the taxi. Just 10 mins walking to the train station.

The hotel is in a good location but because the airport is close-by the flight path of all the planes fly over this hotel all day and night. The noise was too much!

Not so cheap hotel far away from city centre in old and run-down neighborhood known for busy nightlife. Very noisy and busy street. Lots of small shops and cheap eateries around the corner. Staff ok, but reception too concerned with paperwork for everything from passport-return acknowledgment to minibar sign-off. Rooms much better than what you would expect from the outside, clean and tidy. Three loud nightclubs on the ground floor, so better to get a room on the top floors if you want to sleep. Breakfast buffet just average.

Nice Hotel
I was here for 6 nights with my wife. Hotel is very clean and they come right up whenever you need something. They have night club at the location, but you can't hear any noise if you are in the rooms. Swimming pool on the roof top also makes it super nice.

Hotel Location NOT as advertized
Location is farther than published via Google maps on Expedia by 2.0 Km. Free parking available but you have to wait for your car about 10 minutes until they bring it from their other Hotel. Night Club's sound is so loud that you can hear it at 4th floor, difficult to sleep with all that noise. Complimentary water, Tea and Coffee are provided in room only for first day, if you want refill then you have to pay for it. Mattress is uncomfortable, springs can be felt while sleeping.

O hotel é bom, mas fica bem longe dos pontos turísticos, entretanto, tem um balcão de atendimento ao turista que você pode contratar qualquer tipo de passeio. Os quartos são ótimos, porém, tivemos alguns problemas com vazamento no banheiro que não foram resolvidos durante a estadia.

God service fra flinkt personale. Området er spændende med mange små butikker og lokale spisesteder fra hele verden. Alt for meget larm fra hotellets natklub og bar samt fra gang og andre gæster, meget støj fra andre værelser generelt. Fly larmer også meget, men det er generelt for området som ligger tæt på lufthavnen.
