Easy access to the rail and the Dubai mall on foot. The staff was polite and respectful. The breakfast is priced reasonable and good. The bread was tasty and so as other dishes. The restaurant staff was nice and welcoming. Massage spa was okay. I did not use the pool but the ambiance was nice. Over all I would like to use the hotel next time. It gave me a good feeling and enjoyed staying with them.

I’m glad i booked this Hotel. It’s very clean and comfy bed. It’s walkable to Dubai Mall. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The shower was not working properly. It was alternating from cold to boiling hot to the pint I had to move away from the shower head in order not to burn myself. I reported this issue twice and they did not fix it. I expect a parcial refund.

Nice enough hotel attached to a little mall. Big, clean rooms. Bottled water provided. It’s ostensibly a 20min walk from Dubai Mall, but the streets aren’t really pedestrian friendly…but that may just be how Dubai is laid out. Breakfast buffet is excellent - especially the baked goods! Good selection of continental, North American, Mediterranean and Indian dishes. There’s a public transit station within 15mins walk, but I Uber’ed everywhere, anyhow. Friendly staff — especially the concierge at the ‘tours’ desk…she was very helpful and knowledgeable.
