“This property is huge for a city apartment. Our family of 5 (two parents, three kids) had plenty of space. The newly updated kitchen is very pretty. It is a short walk to many restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was very clean and spacious and close to everything we needed to be walking distance from. Parking was easy and extra parking was cheap and affordable.”

“We stayed here with 6 adult friends for a concert and really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop area you have all to yourself and was a big hit within our group. It is a short 15-20 minute walk from lots of fun things to do like kayak the river, an animal rescue that you can go pet dogs and the Original Mr. Beef restaurant that the show "The Bear" is based off of. We went to Mr.Beef for great sandwiches and even saw the main actor from the show there!! For sleeping arrangements, it wasn't ideal to……

“We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down.”

“The unit is in a great location and easy to get around. I didn't have a car with me, so I didn't have to worry about parking. It was clean and easy to communicate with the owner. The building itself is an older Chicago building, although the unit has been updated. I really enjoyed my stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay. We were out exploring the city for the whole weekend so we didn’t spend a lot of time actually on-site. But it was a convenient location to all the things we wanted to do. It was also great for a place to crash at the end of the days. This is a great place to operate out of especially for groups! I would recommend it.”

“House itself is very cool and stylish and comfortable in all areas. It’s early spring and the property yard and outdoor areas listed were not cleaned, wet and damaged or in unusable condition. Fortunately the windows clearly showed off the beautiful trees around the property from inside. Note the very large cleaning fee is not revealed on the listing.”
