Prettyview is just that …. and so much more.
Fantastic time!!! Bananakeete and Brandywine both amazing, cool hike Sage Mountain, enjoyed Cane Garden Bay beach swim(don’t miss Indigo Beach House). Scrub Island(Ixora Spa) and Virgin Gorda(Saba Rock) were awesome day trips. So nice to come back to the pool at Prettyview and enjoy …. The View. Gorgeous property!!!

Amazing Vacation!!
Property is amazing!! The views are incredible and the property was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Loved having the pool overlooking the bay and it was so nice being close to the airport. We will definitely look at renting the property again!!!

Loved the location. It was difficult to find for the first time, especially at night! The view was amazing. I found it hard to leave the house. Having access to the Wyndham Resort below was a bonus! Judy was helpful and got back to us in a timely manner if we had questions. I hope to return!!

Everything was as shown and the views were enjoyable. Because we had some moments were there was drizzle/rain, having to go outside to go down to the kitchen just wasn’t something we enjoyed.

Beautiful home with fabulous view.
Absolutely gorgeous. Loved it. However if you struggle with steps do not stay here. Lots of steps. If you are reasonably fit it is amazing. Lovely infinity pool that was quite warm. Well equipped. Neat clean and pretty. Magnificent view with the sounds of the waves. 3 showers!!!! 2 outdoors with a view. lol. No indoor living room but amazing open air covered living area. Highly recommend. Helpful hosts.

I always recommend that guests watch the videos to show that steps are present. After first day, you get use to them.

The house was perfect for my husband and I. I would highly recommend staying here for a romantic trip! Judy was accommodating with our check in and check out times. Everyone on the island is so nice and helpful. Judy also provided a lot of helpful information to make our trip as smooth as possible!

Pretty Amazing View
Celebrated our anniversary in this amazing place. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful boats moored off Monkey Point across the way. Rite Way was stocked well even on Christmas Eve. Extra Special Week!!

Beautiful hillside escape for 2!
Judy was so helpful and communicative in getting my wife and I settled into her beautiful villa! We had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival and we got in later than expected but it was still easy to find and left open for us. The property itself is beautiful and secluded, the perfect escape for the beginning of our vacation to BVI. I would recommend Judy’s villa to any couples or really anyone looking to have a perfect escape!

Perfect for couple
Prettyview has the most spectacular views. We enjoyed the all the outdoor spaces both on the property and at the resort below. It was the best of both: the private pool all to ourselves and very few people at the beach as well. The indoor spaces were clean and so well organized! It takes a day to get there but well worth it for the relaxation. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to go back.

The property was everything and that much more! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was sitting in the pool in the AM having coffee or in the evening having a cocktail, we couldn't get enough of it. We loved the outdoor shower as it is definitely not something we get to do at home! Judy was such a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Next time we get back to Tortola, this is definltey the place for us to stay at again.

A little slice of heaven
Prettyview was just perfect for our stay. The panoramic views are incredible! I'm going to miss looking out over the bay right from the shower! I'm not sure of how much of a "short walk" it was to the beach--we didn't see any obvious footpaths other than the road to the resort, but we didn't mind as we had a car and the resort pass. If there is a shorter walking route it might be nice to note. Definitely rent a car, as there's nothing in walking distance other than the resort, and other forms of transportation seemed spotty at best (no Uber, either). Just be prepared for some "adventurous" driving. Google and Apple will try and route you up over Ridge Road to get to Roadtown--if that's too much to handle, set "Hodges Creek Marina" as a waypoint and it will route you over the main roads instead (about 10 minutes longer according to Google). Kitchen is tiny, but well-stocked. We cooked in once, otherwise we tried most of the local restaurants that Judy recommended and all were good. Judy was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The property was better than advertised! While the photos accurately portrayed the amazing view, the pool, the gazebo, and the extraordinary landscaping, we did not realize how comfortable the bedroom and bathroom would be and how well provisioned the kitchen was. In addition, the access to the seaside resort was so nice that we were content to stay in our secluded neighborhood. Wonderful.

We had a perfect stay at Prettyview Villa. We stayed for one week and enjoyed each day! + Beautiful view over Lambert Bay + Very well equipped house (beach chairs, cooling boxes, pool towels, kitchen [dishes, salt/spices...]) + Clean + Super helpful host which also gave us a lot of recommendations (restaurants, shops...) + Quiet and relaxing atmosphere - Curtains do not really block any light in the bedroom We would definitely recommend a stay at Prettyview Villa to everyone!

Pretty View is Perfection
We chose Pretty View Villa for the place to celebrate our 50th birthdays and it did not disappoint. The villa had everything we could have needed and we absolutely loved it! The views are spectacular and having access to the Wyndham Lambert Bay was awesome. The villa served as a launch pad to visit other islands in the BVI, but it was so great to return every afternoon to Pretty View to relax and watch the sun set from what we dubbed, “The Crow’s Nest”. Beautiful tropical gardens surrounded us, and we cannot say enough good things. We hope to return some day!

Beautiful! Sad to leave!
We arrive late after dark but found the villa with help from some friendly locals! We walked up the stairs to find a beautifully lit pool and eating area with incredible view of Lambert beach Resort and Guana island, great kitchen, and then a wonderful bedroom. Bed was very comfortable. What a view to wake up to! We spent our days visiting different beautiful beaches, stopping for a drink at a road side bar, hiking Sage Mountain, and took the ferry to Virgin Gorda for a day, returning back to the villa for a lovely dips in the pool, watching the sun set, and being able to see the stars! We spent 4 nights and we were really sad to leave. A great stay and hopefully we are able to stay again on our future trips to Tortola!! We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in a fabulous villa! Pictures don’t do the place justice!!

Prettyview was absolutely perfect!
My husband and I spent a week at Prettyview Villa and loved it! It was perfect for two. We especially enjoyed the pool and the view. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The kitchen was right by the pool and made it easy to cook and enjoy our meals. The property was very clean and well kept. Also, the gardens were gorgeous. Judy was so helpful during our planning and during our stay. I highly recommend a getaway to Prettyview Villa on Tortola. We can't wait to return.

Astonishing views in a luxury cliff side villa
This property has been built and maintained to the highest standard. We felt so lucky to enjoy the views of the beautiful Virgin Islands from the lovely patio and pool. We loved every bit of it … except, maybe, the steep climb up. There were 49 steps from the parking space to the main floor and another 17 to the bedroom level … we’re in our 70s!

Wonderful place, amazing views!
Prettyview was all that was advertised and more, the house itself is thoughtfully laid out and perfectly situated. You wake up and the first thing you see is the amazing colors of the Caribbean and Guana island in the distance. The house is the most well appointed places we’ve stayed, it made for a very comfortable vacation. It’s a very private spot and you feel like you have paradise all to yourselves. Judy was easy to reach and was helpful when we had questions. I couldn’t recommend it more

Prettyview villa is a lovely property. Beautiful views, immaculately clean, well-equipped kitchen, good wifi and tv connections. wonderful flowers. Would be difficult to stay there without a car, and the steps were a challenge for us at age 76. I'd definitely recommend this property.

Lovely villa
Prettyview is an excellent studio villa perfect for a couple on vacation. The view overlooking Lambert Bay is exquisite and near gets old. The villa is perfectly appointed with a comfortable queen size bed and fine sheets and towels. There is plenty of space for belongings in a large closet and the outdoor shower was our favorite feature! The owners have provided everything we needed including a comprehensive book with their personal recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. We used that information a lot and it was always spot on. The location on the island is great- the villa itself is very private yet restaurants and store are a short drive away. The use of the hotel pool and facilities is also a bonus. We found Found Prettyview to be the perfect home base for our week in Tortola. We were able to easily make meals if we didn’t want to go out as the kitchen is fully equipped. The owner also provides beach chairs, towels and many other helpful items to enjoy your vacation. Tortola is a beautiful and friendly island and we would definitely recommend the villa to other travelers considering Tortola for a future vacation.

A special spot in the East End. Locals and visitors alike were very impressed we got to stay at Lambert for its quiet local feel. Prettyview has everything you could ask for. The outdoor shower is more spa than the name would imply. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Whether adventure seeking on VG or JVD, or just taking a simple trip out to Scrub Island and Marina Cay, both ports are less than 20 minutes away. Very happy we stayed and cant wait to return! A special mention to Red Rock and Marche out in Trellis Bay. Best food we have eaten in a while - duck like tenderloin and tuna that rivals the best kitchens in the world. Thank you to all the amazing people that call the BVI home!

Romantic Retreat with a Gorgeous View
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (late May 2018). The villa is tucked into the mountain-side and seems to be built to incorporate the huge boulders peaking out from the lush gardens. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor shower was a bonus that I enjoyed way more than I thought I would - loved taking a shower while viewing the sunset. The stairs are a bit daunting at first (it wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues) but the views are worth it. Judy, the owner, is very helpful and provides lots of information and recommendations for the area.

Awesome Private Villa with a Million Dollar View!
We were fortunate to stay at Pretty View for two weeks in July and absolutely enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The view is stunning. Every morning you wake up and can see Lambert Bay and Guana Island right from the comfortable bed. We appreciated all the included essentials like the cell phone, roku for music and movies, bluetooth speaker, portable radio and boom box, movies, beach chairs, cooler, shopping bags, coffee, etc. We used the kitchen and BBQ quite often. We bought groceries at Rightway Foods and One Mart Superstore in Road Town. There is very nice landscaping and plants and flowers on the property. We saw lots of birds, lizards, a chicken family foraging in the trees. While we were there the gardener was planting some palm trees on the road which really adds to the character of this tropical paradise. We rented a Terios SUV from Dede's Car Rental which was perfect for the narrow roads. We took the free ferry to Marina Cay and made a visit to Scrub Island. Went to Virgin Gorda and rented a small SUV and drove the whole island and visited the Baths. We enjoyed visiting Tortoya very much and liked the location of the villa. We felt safe and relaxed for our stay and would definitely not hesitate in staying at Prettyview when we return. The local people are very friendly and are helpful if you need directions to find places. We loved staying at Prettyview as it was a perfect vacation for us!

Relaxing, Very Private, Gorgeous View
We loved this little cottage and the absolutely beautiful view of the ocean, Guana Island, boats, and the beach below. No complaints at all. A couple suggestions. If you rent a small car it is much easier to deal with the narrow, narrow roads and the small parking spot at the villa. We had some trouble finding the place. The police station is a good landmark, but it is not marked as you drive from Road Town. We found it easily after we turned around and came back from Beef Island. Take a good look at the picture of the sign for Turtle Bay Resort. We recognized it from the picture online. Also, there is no house number, so we found it by recognizing the parking spot at the bottom of the stairs. Study the pictures before you go. It is easy to find your way after one drive. Road signs are almost nonexistent. It might be handy to take a GPS (not your smart phone which has no data there) to help find things the first time. The resort is closed, so no pool and no restaurant at the resort. Appears that will be the case for a long time. However, with no one at the resort, the beach is barely used at all. At times we were the only ones there. Chairs and umbrellas available all the time. No crowds. Loved the outdoor shower with the great view. Loved the sound of the surf at night. Altogether, a very nice week.
