Within walking distance to downtown Falmouth with beautiful shopping and restaurant options. 5 min bike ride to Falmouth pier and Island Queen ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. 30 min beautiful bike ride to historic woods hole.
Kitchen remodeled and new flooring throughout! 1 bedroom w/ full bathroom, living room with futon couch and sun room with queen bed Air-mattress. Space includes washer and dryer as well. Enjoy relaxing on back deck with large backyard for outdoor fun.
Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans and coffee station - keurig. Quick drive or bike ride to falmouth public beaches. public golf courses within 5-10 min drive. Walmart within 2 min for groceries as well as boutique groceries and fish mongers within 5 min.

Perfect get away!
The owner was great with communication and answering questions. I used to stay in a hotel when I would come for a brief visit to Falmouth. Never again. This home had everything I could possibly need. All rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! Having coffee on back porch was lovely. Great location, close to stores. Best of all I could bring my small dog with me! I wholeheartedly recommend this property! I will be back!

Nice little cottage on Cape Cod
This cute little cottage was a nice getaway for my wife and I. We enjoyed lounging in the TV room watching TV and playing board games. The jetted tub was nice when we got it working right. The owner was very receptive to constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement.
