The property is really run down. Bathroom shower wall was cracked and poorly repaired. Walls all in need of repair and paint. Furniture badly scarred and needs replaced. Lampshade cracked.

THERE WERE KIDS SPORTS TEAMS THERE DURING OUR STAY AND WHILE THEY WERE RESPECTFUL AND POLITE AS A WHOLE, THE SWIMMING POOL WAS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT SITUATION. THE GIRLS WERE PRACTICING CHEERLEADING TOSSES AND STUNTS AND NOT BVEING MINDFUL OF THE OTHERS IN THE POOL. MANY FAMILIES CAME IN AND LEFT BECAUSE THE ADULTS WITH THE TEAM WERE ON THEIR PHONES, EATING AND VISITING AND NOT CONTROLLING THE KIDS. THAT WAS NOT THE TIME NOR PLACE FOR THAT DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR AND MY GRANDSON AND I LEFT BECAUSE OF IT.

Hi!! We had two rooms. I reported to the staff that our toliet was dirty and had urine on it. The second room had brown stains all over the comforter/blanket. It was disgusting to say the least. We have stayed in Comfort Suites before. This has NEVER been the case. Thought I would share since the Front Desk people didnt care. Kind regards- Laura Ryder

This hotel was dirty. Dirt and dead bugs on floor of elevator. It looked very worn. Furniture was scratched, dented, and had greasy smears (on headboards).

I have been staying at this property for years when in the area. It has always been one of my favorites. This trip, first to this location in over 5 years ( covid ), the room looked run down, it needs a refresh's to bring it up to its former standard. I am sure next time pass this way i will stop by again, like ei said its a favorite. but it would be nice if the rooms were modernized. The hot tub is one of the best, at a hotel, i have used. that was one of the reasons i stayed at Edinboro instead of Erie , and it did not disappoint. 30 minutes in the hot water helped easy my muscles from a long drive.

The property is terribly run down. Drawer handles are missing, shelving in the shower has been ripped off, public water fountain is covered in rust, the back door to the hotel has no latch or lock, and is completely open to the public at all times, The tiny fitness room is a joke: three pieces of equipment, and they’re all not functioning properly, the window in the room was so filthy you could barely see out. But since this is the only hotel in the town, I guess there is no incentive to keep up. In any case, Erie is only 20 minutes away. Absolutely, no question worth the drive to a cleaner, safer hotel.

Two Night Stay in Edinboro
Stayed for two nights with the family, in a suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch. The hotel was presentable, but if you looked closely, you could see that the place is due for a renovation. Bed and pillows not as comfortable as would have liked. Tolerable for the two nights we were there for, but would not want that for a longer stay. Good breakfast, good pool area, everything just seemed a little dated.
