I got a double room king bed room with a jetted tub. Turns out they didnt even have a room like that. Paid extra for no reason.

I recognize that the hotel is in a industrial park and didn’t expect a lot. But I did expect healthier and more broad food choices for my wife and daughter. Additionally, they needed an accommodation and the hotel to put it politely, was abrupt, in terms of my request for a room with two beds. Better manners could have gone a long way particularly at this price point and location.

Inside of the hotel was clean and service was great. It just doesn’t have any restaurants within walking distance other than the one inside the hotel. Everything else was great.

The breakfast had to be purchased separately, a little disappointing. I was looking for a coffee with a Grab and Go morning snack. The breakfast was very good.

First, I did not get the room I reserved! They said Expedia was supposed to notify me they did have the room I reserved over a week in Advance. They tried to resolve the issue with free dinner and breakfast but it was still an inconvenience and poor communication

Nice place with very friendly staff
Went to visit family. Not a lot around but staff was very friendly and hotel was nice. My kids loved the pool. Hot tub was under construction. Got a txt message daily checking on my stay. Located near industrial area so no restaurants around but nice and quiet and nice hotel would stay again.

Good experience
The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool. It was closed the 2 days we were there, and my kids were looking forward to taking a swim. The staff were excellent, the room was nice, the location was good as it was right off the exit. I felt safe. Some other guests were smoking marijuana but it didn’t bother me since I was able to get away from where they were. The price was good, so I would definitely return.

The hotel was fine. It was a fire alarm on Sunday morning at 9:30. I understand it happens two or three times a month I think it’s intentional and the hotel should question their behavior.

The hotel room I was room looked out of date. The staff was respectful but I will not stay there again bc the room was not in my standard. The pet fee was reasonable as well

Nice but pricey
It was a nice place, but the rooms seemed pricey for the area. It was in an industrial area so there weren’t any restaurants nearby and only one place to eat in the hotel. We were in town for a funeral so the location was convenient and the property felt like it was in a safe area. The first two days of our stay the staff didn’t seem friendly but on our last day there were nicer people working up front. Housekeeping staff were very nice and hospitable. They work hard to keep the rooms nice and make sure guests are comfortable.
