Many of our team members and skilled workers have moved to Australia to work. The resort is currently having a recruitment drive to rectify the issue. This recruitment drive will also allow us to open our second restaurant too. In regard to your housekeeping request kindly note that English is not a first language, so we encourage our guests upon check-in to always use the front desk as a point of contact or contact us via Wats app. (instructions available in the room) As for the road, we have been fortunate this week as the Public works department has started road works on the road leading to the resort resulting in a much smoother ride!It is unfortunate that you will not be able to make it back to experience the “new Nasama” but thank you again for your feedback.
