In die Jahre gekommen, muss viel gemacht werden. Das Managment rennt teilweise wie ein wilder Haufen durch die Gegend. Bsonders im Essbereich stehen Sie den Gästen im Weg. Teilweise ein arrogantes Auftreten.

Die Qualität der Speisen und. Getränke hat seit dem letzten Aufenthalt nochmals zugenommen. Man kann problemlos Wasser Eiswürfel, Salat zu sich nehmen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, toller Garten, direkt am Meer und Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Rundum perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste und kommen wegen der idealen Lage des Strandes zum Kiten und dem Golfplatz bis a bis. Das Hotel ist bereits älter, wird aber sehr gut gewartet. Einrichtung einfach aber funktional. Klimaanlage etwas laut. Essen sehr gut. Personal ist höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl.

Superschön!!!
Ich komme immer wieder ins Paradisio auch wegen des einfach wunderbaren Essens. Toll, was die Köche jeden Tag auftischen, von ägyptischen und internationalen Spezialitäten über Fisch, Fleisch, Salate bis zum täglich enormen Dessertbüffet. Die Anlage mit den vielen Blumen und Palmen ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist leicht geheizt. Vom Hotel aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen zum Beispiel über den Golfplatz nach Downtown wo es einige Geschäfte hat. Dank an Xenia, die wunderbare Gästebetreuerin!

The hotel is in summary to expensive for the holiday experience. For going kite surfing you have to pay extra even if you use your own staff and don‘t use a storage for your kites. Also the massages are very expensive. All the day people (from spa, diving center, boat trips) want you to buy something. The food was delicious. You can have breakfast, lunch and diner.

Club top pour une famille. Tout le monde est très sympa et très professionnel. Chambre très spacieuse. Les repas étaient très bons et variés. Nous étions en all inclusive, et il est possible de ne pas dépasser son budget. Je recommande.

Dieses Hotel ist optisch in die Jahre gekommen. Sauber, unsere Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Da es immer windet kann man Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Essen empfanden wir als abwechslungsreich und wirklich gut. Das Frühstück könnte man verbessern. Das Personal spricht deutsch was wir toll fanden und ist sehr freundlich. Am Strand gibt es aufdringliche Verkäufer. Die kann man fern halten mit einem Badge für den Sonnenschirm. Die Animationen waren nicht unser. Kinderdisco bis 21Uhr und der rest war echt Ballerman Ägypt totale ausrichtung für Deutsche. Laute Musik ganzer Tag. Um 23 uhr jedoch ist Nachtruhe und das wird gut eingehalten. Zu empfehlen sind abendausflüge nach towntown und Maina. Supper einfach mit dem TukTuk für 1.50€. Unbedingt Euros mitnehmen. Am besten 5 euro scheine und viel viel einer und zweier. Ich würde kein Ägyptische Pfund mehr wechseln. Alles zahlbar überall mit Euro.

Hotel an top Lage direkt an der türkisfarbenen Lagune, schöner Strand. Gastronomie und Kellner an der Bar sehr freundlich und top bedienung. Das essen sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr fein. Viele Ausflüge stehen zur Auswahl, auch die Hafenstadt sehr hübsch und keine aufdringlichen Verkäufer. Wir konnten es voll geniessen. Einzig die Rezeption etwas barsch, beim auschecken keine guten Wünsche für die Heimreise, kein Wort ob es uns gefallen hat. Das war das einzig negative.

La struttura non è modernissima ma è ben tenuta, curata e pulita. Il personale è davvero gentile e sempre disponibile, punto forte sicuramente le molteplici attività disponibili (spa, tennis, squash, gite snorkeling, sub, bocce etc)

The staff was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone always smiling! Service and cleanliness is top notch. And the beach was beautifully kept. I can’t believe the price for the great quality. And there is a stop right outside to catch very affordable transportation around the complex.

Améliorer l’aspect de l’entrée de l’hôtel qui dénote avec l’intérieur. Et le security check à l’entrée peut être déplacé afin d’éviter de ne voir que cela quand on arrive. Pas très engageant, il y a moyen de le mettre ailleurs s’il est indispensable…

Super Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal
Es war wie im Paradies. Unterhaltungsprogramm ist super, das Essen war super abwechslungsreich und lecker, Cocktails sind gut. Waren als junges paar im April für eine Woche da. Privatstrand. Da kann man in Ruhe ungestört liegen. 95% der Touristen dort kommen aus Deutschland, dementsprechend sprechen die Mitarbeiter grösstenteils auch deutsch. Man kann es als positiv oder auch negativ betrachten :-)

Horrible, this hotel ruined my honey moon experience and my whole overview of El Gouna. 1- The reception doesnt know their job, and asked me to pay when my stay was paid online, also did not know what my booking is. They also asked me to fill in the form twice as a girl scratched it. 2- The concierge asked me to leave my bags in the sun on the floor, and never brought it till I did myself. 3- The room is too old to be a 4 stars room, the shower drainage doesnt work, the AC is on high fan always and took ages to cool, the toilet seat doesnt work properly, the balcony door doesnt open, stains on the bedsheets and covers and the TV isnt working and when fixed it was all zoomed. 4- The staff who book activities are very pushy and asked us to pay extra and not tell anyone that we paid him. 5- We were surprised that towel card should have been given to us on arrival but reception forgot, so we struggled to find towels at the beach. The only good thing about this place is the restaurant and their staff and also the view, but they dont know customer service basics. The hotel manager asked us to change the room to a suite but that was on day 3 after reviews have been made, and we did not have time to change rooms as we were booked with activities. This hotel is basically a 4 star facility with a 2 star staff who have not been trained on customer service and quality standards, it is not a tourism hotel at all.

Nice location, room is comfortable and large. Buffets are very large with a lot of variation. But noisy clim and food quality is average to good. Supplements are expensive. (Golf, spa, diving...)

Very quiet place , Clean Room,very helpful staff, food variety & quality is Excellent, Restaurant & kitchen staff were Excellent. Chef Khalid & his staff. Mr. Atef and Restaurant staff also perfect doing everything to make us feel good . Perfect place for Relaxation. Animation team are pleasant persons. We liked the place very much. Am sure this will not be our last visit to this Hotel.

Ideal für Badeferien. Bester Hotel Strand in El Gouna. Schöner Pool, Garten, Wassersport und Restaurants vor der Nase. Downtown in Gehdistanz. Grosszügiges Zimmer (Juniorsuite) an bester, ruhiger Lage. Meist freundlicher, guter Service, nicht allzu aufdringliche Animation. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, obwohl wir etwas internationales Flair (es wird fast ausschliesslich Deutsch gesprochen) vermisst haben.

A decent beach getaway
A decent hotel for a beach getaway. Wish we had known which drinks were included in all-inclusive, so we could have made a better choice about our tarif. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. However, upon our late arrival (due to flight delay) we were simply given a plate of salad and seated in an empty restaurant while staff cleaned around us... We were not given any choice about food, or offered room service; not the best first impression. Staff friendly, but getting anything accomplished through the front desk was arduous.

As I understood that your flight is delayed and the FO is not aware of that and you arrived late by the time the restaurant is closing and they already started to left and throwing everything away as we don't keep anything left on the buffet for next day. The hotel s 1 of the best hotels in gouna and hurghada.... Rooms are wide enough Beach s great Food quality was excellent Maybe they need to add more juice 4 the all inclusive
