I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. It was fine for a one night stay. My biggest complaint is that the blinds in my room were broken and street light right outside the window lit up the room all night.

A very good value. Room was comparable to other chains, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was free, but provided by a nearby motel, a minor inconvenience, but might be problematic for those with mobility limitations. Breakfast was excellent, however.

No curtains on the windows and bright parking lot lights make it impossible to sleep if you are light sensitive. No coffee in the lobby. Coffee pots but empty. No once but multiple times. 3rd floor breakfast room. Very inconvenient. Breakfast however was good.

I can tell they are remodeling this property and the decor is looking very modern and well appointed. On the downside, the rooms have white plastic blinds and no curtains. The sun comes right through them, and even worse, the bright freeway lights and billboard lights shine in all night! That along with the toilet that kept making a wheezy sound every 3 minutes made for very little sleep.

Room was fine, breakfast was non existent for 2 days of my stay, no juice available on another day. The breakfast was grab n go but it was mediocre at best.

Needs a few upgrades
While rye bed was comfortable, the pillows were small and rock hard. They have security lighting in their parking lot but thin white blinds on the windows so it’s like daylight in the room all night. They need black out curtains. This is a pet friendly hotel, but unlike other pet-friendly hotels, there was no where close where our dog could relieve herself. The pressure in the shower was excellent and it is a nice, quiet hotel. Just needs some upgrades. Looks like they have been renovating the rooms and our bathroom had spilled paint drips on the floor and some smashed plaster debris.

Bad business.
Issue was they were remolding and service was poor. No continental breakfast. They gave out grown bag with a juice and burrito. Nothing warm. I understand when you’re trying to upgrade your business but we shouldn’t have to pay full price and not receive full service

It is in a great location and the staff is very nice. Wish we would have known about the remodeling that just started that day. The room could have used a dark curtain. We faced a courtyard and had a light coming through the blinds all night

The floors and the light switches were dirty did not feel comfortable without cleaning them myself the bed was horrible me and mt wife woke up hruting there was now curtains covering the blinds mking it hard hard to sleep with all the light in the roo.

The hotel is getting remodeled so i got a little nervous because the check in area was bad but all that changed when I entered my room! So pretty & comfy & my favorite part is they dont come knocking down your door at check out! Will definitely stay here again

Worst stay ever!
Well upon arrival the hotel was under renovation and they had a mess everywhere. Got to the room and our room had no room number so we just had to figure it out in our own. Next half the plugs in the room didn’t work including the blow dryer and iron! Bathroom had mold as well. Not happy at all checked out early and had to stay at another hotel! Will not stay there again.

Our stay, oh if mini blinds could speak! Must I be without curtains? What Poor souls, not able to rest as the street lights beam it’s brightness into the sleepless night. And the street lights ask themselves, aren’t we to deter crime? Then why must I disturb the comfort at the inn? What name beholds comfort inn suites, as to an uncomfortable bed surrounded by the brightness of the night! Construction! The front desk clerk proclaimed. You must bear the discomfort and forget the hotel sign which proclaims, comfort inn indeed. What a high price of $149 to pay for a night when one would suppose it is I whom should of been paid for such a mirage off the highway sign.

The bed was awesome! Third hotel of our trip and slept the best here. They were in the process of remodeling so some things weren’t put back together yet but if that doesn’t bother you then the hotel was good for the lower rate than the others around it.
