“Good motel for the money”

Our stay at the Days Inn was a pleasant one. We were greeted with a smile when we first walked through the door. We were promptly waited on and checked in . The room we stayed in was very nice and clean looking. The king size bed that we slept on was VERY comfortable. The room was very spacious, clean and inviting. The only downfall we had was the bathroom, which was like a sardine can. It was VERY cramped. Over all though, we were very pleased with our experience at this motel. It was easy to get to as it was just off the highway and was just outside the downtown area.

“"Could have been better"”

We felt the room had the odor of smoke, but was suppose to be nonsmoking room. The bathroom tub and floor area could have been cleaner. There were only a few kleenex in the box, housekeeping could have anticipated the need for more.

“overall, a nice stay at a decent price”

This is an older hotel, located just off of I-40, but has been renovated to what I would call modern standards. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking lot was well lit and provided easy access to the room. The rooms were very clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very small, but extremely clean and in good order. I had a room next to the stairs, and although there was a lot of foot traffic all through the night, it wasn't terribly disturbing. They also have a large pool, which wasn't in operation when I was there, since it was still cold outside. Overall, this wasn't the best place I have ever stayed, but it was well worth the price charged.

“Middle of the Road”

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Satisfactory for the area. Disappointed that at least a continental breakfast not available due to restaurant on site.

“Convenient”

It was nice to have a restuarant and motel so close to the interstate. The people are friendly. The accomdations are ok for the money.

“An abomination.”

Motel exterior very shabby. Management apparently not concerned with keeping exterior neat and clean. Desk clerk looked like she just got out of bed and never said hello or welcome. Not even a smile. Ice machine didn't work. Room barely passable. Not a pleasant stay. Days Inn needs to look into this place. Motel should be rated a 1 star.

“Stay at the Hampton Inn”

Elk City, Oklahoma is a temporary oil boom town, (as I found out.) The entire town is booked, for the most part, with oil field workers. They come in in the evening, clean up and go to the bars, come in late, and have to get up early and go to work. So I hardly got any sleep...

“Will not return,”

Very uncomfortable, hotel room needed routine check on electric outlets, needed a final sweep from management to check for cleanliness after room service, bedding not the best.
