First, staff was excellent. Very nice and welcoming. Room was clean but old. Towels very small. Cigarette smoke from adjoining rooms was very bad.

We will have maintenance look into the matter. In the future please notify our front desk agent and we can either move you to another room or look into the matter. We do not have any smoking rooms in the area you were in, however sometimes we do have guests who smoke in our nonsmoking. Especially in the bathroom and it lingers in other rooms. We hope you had a pleasant stay and look forward to any future stays with us.

Welcoming personnel
Elk City was a nice town. We neededUrgent Care and Hotel management was very helpful with directing us to nearest location. Nice restaurants nearby.

The room was very clean.and well.appointed and as others have mentioned appears to be recently renovated. Amber and Dean are helpful staff. Need work outside. Will stay again.

Great choice for the money!
This is an older hotel but it has been refurbished and is very clean. The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is an older property with generally run down conditions on the exterior. Lobby is dated but pleasant, as was the room.

The lobby and room was nice. The outside looked like the motel was closed. There was a for rent sign right beside the entry door. Apparently a closed restaurant

Our lobby and hotel parking is around from it. You probably parked in front of the restaurant and tried going in there instead of parking in the canopy like most guests do. A pleasant stay
It was a very pleasant stay, room was clean, lots of hot water with great pressure. Mattress was very comfortable. Receptionist was friendly and reception area was clean and nicely decorated. Will definately stay again on my next trip to that area.
