Slept well, but…
Mold floating on surface of liquid remaining in coffee pot suggests lack of thoroughness in cleaning standards. Stairwell to 2nd floor unit was littered and did not seem to have been cleaned in quite a while. Pool, however, was beautiful and large, although hot tub appeared to be permanently closed. Breakfast was disappointing and no water or fruit was available. Beds were comfortable and I did get a good night’s sleep.

I tried to turn in my room key and no one was at the front counter and the doors were all locked to put in their drop box. I had to slide my room key under the lobby door so they wouldn’t charge me for stealing a key. Also when I tried to call them 5 times thru out the day to tell them this info no one picked up. Bad management!

Office guy has an attitude
He was very rude . Insisted i paid his price instead of use my cheaper rate on hotels. Com he said if i used the app i would be waiting in his loby for 2 plus hours for the reservations to come through and to top it off ! He charged me 10 $ per room when i only had her in one room for a pet fee when she is a Service dog and it is against FEDERAL LAW. Only good thing was the parking , big enough for the rigs but definitely wont return for a 3rd time

It's cheap in quality. The pool was extremely dirty, staff said it could be used but I know an algae covered floor is not sanitary, the pool is the reason we booked here. The amenities in the room were good but the room is not in the best repair. The beds have platform bases and one of them had tape on the corner. You definitely get the bare minimum of what you expect when you’re paying for a specific guest experience. Not at all what is represented in booking sites. Breakfast consist of Little Debbie snacks, milk if you get there early enough and small yogurt cups; there wasn’t any fruit.

The positives: cheap, nice lobby, convenient location, friendly staff. The negatives: room wasn't ready despite checking in a half hour after check-in time. We rented 2 rooms, both non-smoking. One room was reaking of cigarette smoke, lamps were not near any plug ins so no lighting, water marks all over the ceiling, dirty sheets.The other room had a lamp missing a light bulb and the shower did not work at all. Pubic hairs were found on the toilet and in bathtub. Also, the smoke detectors in both rooms were not working. Scary since they obviously don't follow the no smoking rule. The breakfast was just prepackaged cereal and no coffee available. The indoor swimming pool was freezing a filthy. Overall this was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced.

Had to move to 3 different rooms. Smell was horrendous in each room and the pool was too cold to swim. Had to pay $46 extra dollars to upgrade to a room that was not as bad.

The pool is rarely open as we have been here before. There were only 2 standard pillows for the king size bed and the usb ports were very loose and there were no outlets by the bed on either side.

I found a pair of glasses and no tv remote and the coffee pot wasn’t checked it still had coffee pod from someone else and the room phone didn’t work had to use cell to call front desk. They said breakfast started at 7. We hung around till 7 to drx and we asked and he said breakfast at 7:.30op our room keys off and there was no one at the front desk therefore no breakfast. We called and he came out and looked like he just got out of bed

Needs some major work.
House keeping was very nice, but front office was not. The facility is run down and theres garbage everywhere. The room had holes in the wall and around some ceiling lights there was no sheet rock/wall filling around the light. The towels had stains on them, carpets old and dirty. Its a value for sure, but you get what you pay for. Don't even advertise a continental breakfast, just say they have coffee available.

The whole place is filthy. Our room was not cleaned, the bathroom still had soap from the previous guest. There was hair and filth on the sheets. They did give me new sheets and pillowcases. The motel provides a budget alternative to some of the other higher priced hotels. However, the listing is somewhat misleading. It shows an indoor pool and hot tub open and ready for use. Neither is available. Despite being indoors, the entire area is "closed for the season". I would have liked the opportunity to use both. The listing also describes breakfast, which consists of coffee and cold cereal. Based on my stay at other properties, breakfast generally includes at a minimum, juice and pancakes or waffles. Usually, it also includes eggs and sausage or bacon, as well as biscuits and yogurt or fruit or both. This properties offering would be better described as continental breakfast. The room was acceptable, but somewhat spartan.

Tv was blurry they blamed it on the cable company. The second day there they only half way cleaned my room. Didn’t leave any towels. Popcorn still on the floor so they didn’t vacuum either.
