The overall rating was very good, lobby was clean and welcoming, staff friendly, breakfast was nice and seating area was spacious. The furniture in the room was quite old, would need a refurb. But it was clean, quiet, with a nice shower and comfortable bed and a kitchenette.

The only thing is the key card reader on the back door did not work so I had to walk around to the side door to get inside the building. Fortunately, the key card reader on the side door worked fine.

I paid for the stay through hotels.com with my pay pal account attached to my bank. I arrived to the hotel by 6 PM. Young guy at front desk gave ne the hardest time, questioned my payment, made me show him my email, bank and pay pal confirmations and accounts showing was deducted, still he didnt believe it was paid until he decided to call someone from the hotel who clearly told him he was making a mistake and I had my room already paid he didnt need to be asking me for my cc. He didnt apologize after the almost 45 minutes he kept me at front desk, (very embarrassing by the way) To add more to the horrible experience the frame door of bathroom has mold very unhealthy and the toilet was unable to be used, was not flushing needed to use their bathroom by their breakfast area. Terrible experience never again for me. We stayed on 10/8 room#103

False advertisement! Had a picture of two Queens or Double beds when I reserved the room and I ended up with a room with one double bed and one pull out sofa bed to accommodate 3 people. Plus, I had to pay extra for this room. I tried to change my room when I checked in and they said they don't have any rooms with two double or queen beds. I will never stay at this place again.

The night attendant gave me a welcome gift, one of the snacks was open from the bottom end so I threw it away. I found some women's clothing left on top of the vanity and two used towels hanging on the shower rod. I placed these items on the chair in the living room. The thermostat did not work. I could not turn on the heat. I was too tired to complain to the night attendant but I told the morning attendant about the issues with the room. Breakfast was fine.
