More maintenance of the facility and rooms is needed. Needs to be refurbished. The rooms were actually clean though, we didn't find any dust.

The staff were all extremely understanding about a hardship that I had occur while staying with them. They allowed us to add on extra days into it original stay plan. They could use some updating but over all it nice and quiet and enjoyed the time away from NY

The hotel was lower than average however the fact that the faucet produced yellowish brown water led me to check into another hotel so that I could shower. It is likely due to the low patronage that the pipes hadn't been used in a long time.

Adequate, almost.
Positive, the beds are comfortable. Not so good, The place is old and in need of a lot of work, t.v. reception sucks and there are no amenities.

Hotel was clean but very run down if you used a curling iron it trip the gfi and turn off the light above the mirror. No plug for the tub so I couldn’t take a bath. Free breakfast was a joke. No tea or fresh fruit. Only 1 chose for cereal or a danish I will not stay they again.

Older tv and no wifi. Carpet sitting outside by my room that appears to have been there for quite some time. There was crickets and potato bugs in the bathroom at night.

Condition needs updating and repairs and maintenance. Amount of charge is to much for accommodations of inn. Shouldn't be $106.00 - should be $40 Max. Part of inn to left of office is decent and cute ^$50 * worth night not $106----although bottom and right is in terrible shape in and out .

The property is old. It seems to be in process of being remodeled but I'm not sure how long it's been "in process". Parking is fine in front but the back is sketchy. Door didn't open from outside so we had to go back around front to get in. The vibe is just....bad. Won't stay here again.

Old filthy rooms, leaking toilet, no television reception horribly uncomfortable beds. Even switched rooms and still no better except that toilet didn't leak found hairs in the bed before I ever climbed in. Stay away.

Sorry can’t say anything good about the stay. Hotel room was maybe 100 yards from the thruway, but the noises air conditioners drowned out the noise of a 1000 trucks driving by. However, nothing could distract us of having to smell that we were staying at the bottom of an ashtray. Oh by the way, continental breakfast was non existent.

Love the vintage feel of this place!! Fields behind the property surrounded by fireflies and wild flowers were great for dog walks.

The owners were nice but the hotel was badly run down air condition units work minimally. It smelled musty and things are just so old and grimy they can not be cleaned.Bed was comfy and they tried to make room nicer. There are simple improvements they could make. I only stayed 1 night instead of 2. Wasnt refunded. There were no chain locks on inside of doors and the door locks were old. They need a big investment and hard work to fix this place up.
