Clean room

Pros: Clean, nice
Cons: Offer a little more for breakfast. Even if it's cold cereal.
Room felt like a studio, which was pleasant. Breakfast was less than expected. Only offered Oatmeal, some fruit and granola bars.

We came for a little getaway. Everything was perfect. The weather was beautiful which helped. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Room was nicely decorated. The recliner was a nice touch.

Late night check in. Took 20 minutes. Had to go back to the car for my wife to sign in. A/C was too cold or too hot. Housekeeping didn't do our room after first night. Confusion at checkout. Bed comfortable. Lots of room. Like the kitchen. Quiet building. Good location.

Un-remarkable hotel

Pros: They had rooms available on a holiday weekend and allowed for a later check-in than the other Extended Stay in the area.
Cons: Stock the room with cups and spruce up the room just a tiny bit. I wasn't expecting it to be fancy, but it was well worn.
We stayed here as we were heading north after a Saturday night Mariners' game. The hotel was fine and it was clean, but the kitchen was quite worn out and there wasn't a single cup in the room that we could use just to have water. They indicate in the room that they will stock the kitchen based on what you need and request, but there should at least be 2 cups in the bathroom area, regardless of whether you are using the kitchen or not. It was a bit of a drive off the freeway from the south, but getting on the freeway going north was quick and easy.

The hotel was nice. Room was comfortable and with a fridge and microwave we were able to pick up food at the nearby Safeway and make a meal in our room. What I did not appreciate was the overpowering odor of marihuana in the elevator. I had to use the stairwell for subsequent trips to and from my room.

Not gonna lie......it was Terrible

Pros: The hotel was close to our home and had the small kitchen so we didn't have to eat out each night.
Cons: Customer Service could greatly be improved as well as maybe purchasing more towels for the hotel.
Location: The location is right by the freeway.
The night we checked in the hotel employee was assisting another guest whom had changed their reservation. The transaction was difficult for the employee and could be heard cussing in frustration. Once we checked in and got to our room, the carpets were stained and the room smelled like cigarettes. The heat/air unit had exposed wiring. On the second day I requested dishes and it took nearly all day to get them. On the following days I would go to the front desk to request linens and they were always out. They would tell me that they would bring them to my room within the hour and ALWAYS it would be at least 4 hours later that they would show up with our towels. On the second to last day I awoke to hammering. After about 1 hour I went to the front desk to ask what they were doing and they said they were replacing all of the carpet trim throughout the hotel. I asked why they didn't inform the guests and they said, the employees on shift from the night before didn't have time to tell all the guests. Lastly there was a guest that had a 'service pig.' The pig had no service animal jacket on and that was just weird. I think the guest said it was a service animal so they could let the pig stay in the hotel.
