The property said it came with microwave and refrigerator but neither was in the room. When I complained they acted like it was a major inconvenience to give me what i paid for. This property also caters to mostly homeless and drug addicts.

huge disappointment
Room was not as described. Very unsuccessfully tried to extend my visit, after being hung up on 6 times, from 6 different people, drove to hotel and was told it was now sold out. Chairs were dirty and had 3-6 inch globs of possibly food remnants. Staff was inconsistent each of the 6 different front desk people had a different reason or answer. After talking to three people to extend my stay, was extremely surprised to come back to our room and be locked out. Two said I had to do it online, so I tried right in front of one, and she said I see it right here you are all set. The third one in the morning said yep i see it you are all set. Not one of them mentioned it was a new reservation and not an extension. When my son cut his face with the car door, above and below his eye trying to secure the vehicle at night, no attention was given to him other than a handful of kleenex as he was dripping blood.

Our room smelled heavily of smoke and definitely did not feel clean. The sofa couch mattress was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Overall a cheap place to stay but would likely not stay again

First of all I stay here quite often in the last month but this specific time not so great I plugged in my power bank which is a solar generator charged by the wall plug in room 221 this is the very first time that I plugged it into the socket when only the second time I've charged the device mind you this device cost $600 and is brand new while I plugged it in about 5 minutes later I was standing next to it as it sat on the table and it explodes with a big pop sounds like a gunshot right next to my head if you take a look around the room every single plug is burnt on the inside this one this tìime surged and didn't pop the breaker but it ruined my it ruined my $600 brand new power bank it over surged and now it will not work again I'm very upset and now have to somehow get this sent and fixed due to your faulty wiring in your room I'm going to blast this all over the place if you don't make it right I'm very upset and this is how I survive when I'm not here

The room seemed clean. The hotel itself was less than average. The need to ask for the coffee pot and kitchen items from the front desk because they are not in the room, underlines the trouble the hotel often runs into. The breakfast was granola bars. There was no coffee creamer anywhere on-site. The children of the families who live there have no place to entertain themselves so they do as children will and run around the hotel. The communal trash area was overfull and the door barely opened. Housecleaning is set to every other week. The staff was friendly but lacked training and management skills to maintain the hotel. The side and back door are not available for use because of the people that get let in if they are left open. MANY people living on-site. Overall it just did not measure up to my expectations for the brand name.

It's off the main road down a longer driveway so you don't get much street noise, but it is next to the freeway and depending on which side of the hotel your room is, you will get that noise. Entering and exiting the property is about average considering traffic. The grounds were nicely kept.

Pull out bed was really dirty so we didn’t use it. One person slept on the couch and 3 of us on the bed. Hallway floor was sticky. We checked in at 12:30am and left before 11am so we didn’t make a big fuss about it. Good customer service during check in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the property itself was gross. This hotel smells like cigarettes, the floors are sticky, the shower didn’t work, they do not supply soaps or hair products, room keys kept failing, trees outside covered our cars in pitch. Do not recommend.

There were many unsavory characters at the property and in the parking lot. The front desk clerk had a pit bull dog in the lobby which was coming up and pressing it’s nose into me several times. There was illegal activity going on in multiple areas of the parking lot. I did not feel safe and left to find somewhere else to stay. I would like to request a refund since I never checked in. The room was very nice - spacious, quiet, comfortable and cleans. The kitchen was pretty decent, though I didn't use it. On the downside, for $190 (with taxes) there should've been a more meaningful breakfast. By 8:30, the coffee urn was empty.

Very dated property. We just needed a place to sleep and that is all we did. The included “breakfast “ consisted of grab and go coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars (all peanut). The place was OK for a short stay but I will select somewhere else when we return to the area.

I liked the room with the full fridge, and kitchen and utensils provided at request. The bed was comfy as hell. There were some good restaurants in the area within walking distance. The only problem was the room smelled like cigarettes the entire time. Either someone was smoking, the smell leaked through a poor window seal, or the old air conditioner, or my neighbors were smoking. Hard to tell. My window faced the designated smoking area outside.
