The room was not the cleanest, the bath tub was filthy. We only used this hotel because the team was staying there, it was not a great choice. The "breakfast" was minimal and sad to be honest. The staff was very nice though.

Hotel is very outdated; had to move rooms 3 times because facilities weren't working or things were missing from room. Very utilitarian and will suffice for very short stays, otherwise not worth. Also found roaches in one of the rooms before we were moved to another one

We showed up and while the staff was friendly after the initial conversation, the further we got into the building the more of an eerie feeling followed. My wife was very uncomfortable, asking if we were safe mutliple times. We both felt there was an unsafe/uneasy feeling. Not as much unwelcomed by the staff as i would say unwelcomed by the atmosphere of the hotel itself. We decided to look at reviews of the hotel whioe we were there and found reviews of other people that validated our own situation and so we decided to leave

BEWARE!!! this is the worst place to stay. From the roaches to the non guest tweakerville in the parking lot. to the ghetto housekeeper cussing up and down the hall, to the incompetent so called management with the worse attitude ever to the constant presence of the police responding to calls about said tweakerville, to the dog from tweakerville cap who bit a guest and was usually tied to a tree in the tweakerville camp that was in the parking lot. They actually had a bunch of adults and kids living in a tent on the property hence(tweakevrville). Beware of the minimal price because you get what you pay for. Oh and then the random old guy just sitting in the lobby all day creeping everybody out. Finally the unhealthy constant smell of fresh urine that permeates the first floor. Read the reviews this place sticks out like a sore thumb in what is a nice area. Changes have to be made from the top down because this place is beneath any roadside backwood fleabag motel. Spend the extra money you cant put a price on peace of mind because you won;t get any peace here....

Worse hotel EVER!!!!!!!!
This brand usually has a few nice locations, this particular location is horrid!!!! Everything was broken from the sofa bed to the bathroom sink. There were no pillows and we were told all blankets were in laundry so we had to go out and buy our own blankets for my son to use the sofa bed. The bed was so uncomfortable, neither I nor my husband were able to sleep at all. There is a Homewood suites next door, stay there instead.

Nice place to just sleep for a night. The room was kinda janky. The TV turned on but was sooooo slow and the sound didn’t work. There was a full kitchen for cooking but not a single utensil. There was a shower but no tub. I could see a stink bug crawling around the ceiling all night. But the bed was comfy enough, and the front desk person was nice to me when I checked in.

I was told at check-in that our reservation had been moved to a sister property nearby due to overbooking. No email or text before, I just found out when I tried to check in. I had to get back in the car, (with a dog), & drive 7 minutes further. The replacement property did not provide Grab & Go Breakfast, nor did it have an equipped kitchen,( only available for an extra price), or a 24-hr reception desk. I won't go into the disgraceful condition of the kitchen other than to say that there was a hole in the laminate counter top by the stove with wires exposed. So, they sent us to an inferior affiliate but charged the same price as the original booking. Speaking of, my credit card was charged twice, so I'll need to contact my provider next. I should get an apology credit of some kind. I certainly should never have been charged the additional pet fee in the first place, as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
