needed work

Pros: close to where we needed to be.
Cons: fix things, and provide what is promised for rooms.
Toilet didn't flush completely, frig. didn't latch and was not cleaned out, alarm clock had a short in it kept turning on and off, not enough plug ins. most of all didn't get the room we paid for online, had paid for poolside and got pool view after complaining about it.

A bit tired

The room was okay, a bit tired. One of the towels was dirty, and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor. It was very noisy, but thats because there was a wedding in progress. May be worth ringing ahead on a Saturday to check on this!!

Wet and Mildewy

Room smelled mildewy even after airing out with window open for ten minutes. Carpet was wet near the AC unit (the condensate line was obviously blocked). There was a used shampoo bottle left in the shower and urine splatter on the toilet seat. This had been our regular layover on our trips out west. Never again.

Very expensive for a small town Hotel.

One of the most expensive hotels in the country! Needs a bunch of updating, ie.... new beds, carpet, drapes, sheets, ect. Service was ok but not over the top. This is a $60 hotel with a $120 price tag.

We did a complete property renovation in 2013 with all new beds, carpet, drapes, so I'm not sure if you have us confused with another property but I can assume you that we have updated all of our rooms and they look great.
