The front desk personnel were super nice and got me checked in right away. The room was clean and comfortable. I took a star off because my room smelled like dog/mold and I had to shut the heat off for the night because my allergies were acting up. I’m super allergic to dogs and kind of wish they would have rooms that don’t cater to animals. Don’t get me wrong I think it’s great they offer that service for pet owners but if I could book a room that I know didn’t have animals in it, I would have. Besides that, it was a great stay. The best was comfy and the room was clean!

I stay here every other month for work. This time, the cleaning crew left the used soap in the shower and the previous persons shampoo and conditioner

This was the last overnight stay of our family road trip (with a dog). It was the most comfortable hotel stay we had the whole trip. The staff was amazingly polite and helpful and the hotel accommodated our pet without any trouble. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Fun pool area with lots of seating, a fun game room, nice fitness center. Clean spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Nice city.

There was pretzel along bed base. and some type of powder on bathroom floor when we arrived.

There was a convention this weekend and if i would've known that they were having food tables up around the poolside rooms i wouldve choose a cheaper room. They were loud late into the night then woke us up early in the morning. With that said with that amount of people no wonder it wasnt very clean and we found cigarette butts in the pool area.

The lady at check-in, (i believe he name was Kristina) was very nice, and efficient. The rooms were clean, showers good, nice patio, restaurant on site and one next door. The beds were a little uncomfortable. I'm surprised they didn't offer breakfast, for the price.

Robert,Thank you for your review of our property. The rates for our hotel are based on several factors, like many hotels. The rates are based on: occupancy levels, time of year, what's going on in the area/surrounding areas. Our rates are dictated by the market, and our market is Interstate 90. Has we are located directly off I-90 and a halfway point for travellers from Chicago, IL to Rapid City, SD.Our hotel also was updated and remodeled Fall-Winter of 2021, we converted from a Holiday Inn to a Best Western.
The front desk attendant was efficient and very friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the Green Mill attached and had a delicious dinner and breakfast.
