What I liked was that it was off the beaten path in an area a little more quiet than other hotels I have stayed at in that area in the past. There were some "stains" on the bedskirt that were a little sketchy but that is the ONLY thing in the room I can say that wasn't to my liking. It was a little noisy (from above room) but it was a weekend when I stayed. I would stay at this property again.

Nothing against the property itself, the inside of the hotel was clean and orderly. Outside was not. For the entire week a broken bottle was in a parking space. The rear of the facility was not nuch better, garbage and discarded bottles inside the property line. The hotel policy of not cleaning the room unleyou pay more is ridiculous. Already no amenities. Wait, there was coffee in the room next to the office.

My room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. A big plus for me was the room had no carpeting. The room decor was plain, but suited me well for the night. I would stay there again.

inside room smelled musty, bed was stiff and uncomfortable, even with window closed the traffic was so loud, hot even with heat off, bath towels were ridiculously small, not options for bigger beds queen size only, loud with tractor trailers all around because it is a truck stop area. lots of sketchy people in and out of there. staff was friendly.

Overall the room was exactly what I needed as it was clean, quiet and had all the necessities I needed for my stay. A few opportunities for improvement: 1) Room was very, very warm. Even when turning the thermostat down to 60 degrees, it was still sweltering. I resorted to turning off the unit and open the window with the outdoor temperatures below freezing just to get the room to cool down to a comfortable temprature. 2) The room had a smoker smell to it. 3) The on/off shower knob was difficult to turn.

The hotel was serviceable. All we needed was a bed to sleep for a few hours. The place claimed to be “100% smoke free”, but based on the smell you can tell that rule isn’t enforced. Woke up with headaches and scratchy throats from the smoke. Like I said, it’s a place to sleep but if there’s another option, I’d take it.

Room was good/ area around hotel questionable
Hotel room itself was fine , clean and comfortable and had a fridge and freezer. And really liked that there was no carpeting. However , The area surrounding the hotel was a little scary. Especially behind the hotel. Various questionable people just hanging out Did not feel comfortable going for a walk in the area. Shower did not work well and was not draining well

I showed the attendant that I was supposed to have to Queen beds rather than the one. I asked if I could get a refund. She said that was fine and that the manager would contact me that night or the next day. I never heard anything.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. There was however dog urine in the elevator and didn’t get cleaned. The towels were not full size for when you showered. The smell of the hallways and room was not pleasant.

I was charged twice. Once by Expedia and once by the hotel. I tried to explain this to the front desk and she said it would charge. Very frustrating as I don’t have time to chase after a refund.
